The blonde woman was extremely rude to me. I did not want a pack of cotton pads and I did not know what to do with them since the woman would not take them from me so I placed them in a bin of the product only slightly bigger. She glared at me and said something rude I couldn’t understand and I politely told her I did not want them and if I could hand them to her. She just said “they don’t belong there so give them to me.” I said okay and sincerely apologized. She then refused to look at me and mumbled my total. I handed my card to her and she ripped it out of my hand. She then ran my card and threw the receipt for me to sign and the pen at me. She then also tossed my card across the counter at me and didn’t even offer me a bag. She then walked away. I was so confused because she had been extremely polite to customers in line before me. This store doesn’t even have a great selection so it is worth the extra 2 minute walk to the store located near the duomo whose staff is extremely polite! Never returning and I hope you...

I hardly ever leave a negative review. So far in my life I thankfully never been exposed to horrible customer service. That changed today.
I approached the checkout with a 'ciao' to let the attendant know I was here and ready to be served. Nobody else was behind me or before.
He didn't look up - he didn't acknowledge me. That's fine! Curt customer service is expected in Italy so that's fine.
I stood there for 5 minutes. My mother raised my correctly and kindly and with respect (the attendants mother must have neglected him...) because I simply stood and waited. He knew I was there but chose to not look up. I left soon after - and on my way out I saw him greet a lady behind me now cheerily and begin to serve her.
Was this just rudeness? Did he wake grumpy? Is he blind or deaf? Or was it something more nefarious related to the colour of my skin - RACISM? I'm not sure - but it made me feel neglected and sad whatever it was.
Tiger has always been a pleasant place to shop - quaint and kind and fun. The obese old guy at the checkout was none of these things. I ask YOU Tiger corporate to look into this - this guy shouldn't even be a car park attendant never mind working in Tiger. Horrible customer service.
If you do shop here - avoid this greasy guy.

Non lascio quasi mai una recensione negativa. Finora nella mia vita per fortuna non sono mai stato esposto a un servizio clienti orribile. Che è cambiato oggi.
Mi sono avvicinato alla cassa con un "ciao" per far sapere all'addetto che ero qui e pronto per essere servito. Nessun altro era dietro di me o prima.
Non ha alzato lo sguardo, non mi ha riconosciuto. Va bene! Il servizio clienti di Curt è previsto in Italia, quindi va bene.
Sono rimasto lì per 5 minuti. Mia madre mi ha allevato in modo corretto, gentile e con rispetto (la madre inserviente deve averlo trascurato...) perché semplicemente stavo in piedi e aspettavo. Sapeva che ero lì, ma ha scelto di non alzare lo sguardo. Sono partito subito dopo - e mentre uscivo l'ho visto salutare una signora dietro di me ora allegramente e iniziare a servirla.
Era solo scortesia? Si è svegliato scontroso? È cieco o sordo? O era qualcosa di più nefasto legato al colore della mia pelle: il RAZZISMO? Non ne sono sicuro, ma mi ha fatto sentire trascurato e triste qualunque cosa fosse.
Tiger è sempre stato un luogo piacevole per fare acquisti: caratteristico, gentile e divertente. Il vecchio obeso alla cassa non era nessuna di queste cose. Chiedo a VOI la società Tiger di indagare su questo: questo tizio non dovrebbe nemmeno essere un addetto al parcheggio, non importa lavorare a Tiger. Servizio clienti orribile.
