Hotel Lauro — Hotel in Gravedona ed Uniti

Hotel Lauro in Gravedona ed Uniti is a great place to visit the Como lake from.

The hotel has free, private parking and a swimming pool. The staff is extremely kind and helpful and they serve a good breakfast. The rooms come with airconditioning and a little fridge. And our room had a balcony with amazing views of the lake.

The hotel is about a 2 minute walk from the lake and a bunch of small, affordable restaurants, ice cream shops and a supermarket. The city of Gravedona is small, but has a lot of charm. Also there is a little beach where you can take a swim in the beautiful lake from (10min walk from the hotel). Gravedona has a ferryboat connection to many other cities surrounding the Como.

L’hotel Lauro non è stato all’altezza delle recensioni che ho letto prima di prenotare e anche del servizio ricevuto dalla titolare. Ho prenotato con la mia ragazza per una notte e ho riscontrato più e più volte la sgarbatezza da parte della proprietaria nel darci le informazioni. Premettendo che avevamo prenotato un letto matrimoniale, durante tutta la notte mi sono dovuto risvegliare per riattaccare più e più volte i due materassi singoli che si separavano tra di loro. La camera è composta da un frigobar compreso di snack e bevande ovviamente da pagare a parte. Al pagamento la titolare ci ha fatto trovare il preconto di tutto quello che avevamo preso perché è entrata in stanza senza avvisarci (con ancora i nostri bagagli all’interno) mentre eravamo a fare colazione. Per me non è stata una bella esperienza e soprattutto non è questo il trattamento da avere. Consiglio un altro metodo per il controllo di bibite e snack consumate dai clienti. Ultimo ma non per importanza abbiamo utilizzato la piscina e penso che non sia professionale farci il bagno con la titolare che si faceva lo spritz e usufruendo anche lei...

Das familiengeführte Hotel, inmitten der schönen Altstadt von Gravedona können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Das Frühstück ist liebevoll hergerichtet, reichhaltig und vielfältig. Das Zimmer hatte Klimaanlage und war sehr ruhig. Hilfreich war auch der Aufzug. Unterstellplatz für Räder, Swimmingpool, gepflegte Anlage rundherum.
