Affittacamere Everest — Hotel in La Spezia

Can't post a picture because we've already put a mess in the room ;) but it's fantastic. SUPER CLEAN SUPER NEW SUPER SILENT* SUPER Location... Really Very nice bathroom. It's newly renovated and the finish is really well done. Free heating and AC (we had to pay in some other places) *We can sometimes hear the next door neighbors, but it didn't really disturb us and it was until 9pm. Dead silent after. I don't like to sleep in total darkness so this room is perfect. It's lighty in the morning.

The location is great. On a calm street right off a busy street. The windows are good quality as we couldn't really hear outside.

Non è mai capitato di avere a che fare con gente così poco seria.||Di seguito l'accaduto.||Eravamo venuti in questa struttura lo scorso anno e ci eravamo trovati bene. Invece questa volta non abbiamo fatto in tempo, vista la mancanza di Serietà del Il Signor Everest. ||Avevamo sentito il ragazzo titolare circa 2 settimane fa per prenotare un soggiorno per 2 per gg 18-20 giugno,questo weekend. Dai whats app scambiati aveva in modo chiaro,come da accordi, con pagamento che avremmo effettuato direttamente in struttura all'arrivo, avrebbe bloccato la camera.Ieri ho scritto diversi sms per avvisarlo dell'orario in cui saremmo arrivati oggi: ha visualizzato ma non ha risposto. Questa mattina, dopo numerosi msg e chiamate, ha risposto come segue "Buongiorno , c’è un grandissimo problema, che è che col nuovo telefono non ho piu le vecchie prenotazioni😥". Non si è scusato né ha proposto una soluzione alternativa,ne ha avuto il coraggio di rispondere al telefono.||Praticamente siamo rimasti senza camera e, visti i gg di ferie presi e il viaggio già organizzato, abbiamo dovuto cercare altro last minute al triplo del prezzo atteso.||Quando manca la serietà manca tutto.||Non esiste giustificazione. Non meriterebbero di star aperti questi posti! MAI...

Very nice and good valued place to stay in La Spezia… The room is quite new and clean comparing to other B&Bs we’ve stayed during our trip around Italy. We got the breakfast voucher for the bakery downstairs every day. And there’s even water, juice/yogurt, cookies inn the fridge for everyday! We did enjoy our stay here...
