The hotel is next to the busy road that goes to and from Modena city. I nice looking building with high ceilings and great steps. The check-in was quick (they scan your passport!) and then of to the room. I was in room 106 which has a great large balcony that you can use in the morning and have your coffee.||The room seemed renovated at least from the bathroom view. All new appliances of good quality. Also here, high ceilings that give that nice atmosphere. Good sleeping quality bed, tv and mini bar is available. Coffee and tea maker if you want. Wifi in the whole hotel (password is crazy long!!!!) Not sure why that is needed but hey....||Breakfast is downstairs a bot tucked away in the back but a good choice of meats, cheese and bread. It's typical Italian breakfast, order your fresh coffee and I find it more than enough.||The bar downstairs opens at 6 where you can get a beer or a snack. We haven't had dinner here because the city is close by. Good choice...

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It doesn't look like much from the outside and it's not located in the city center, so why stay here? Well, we had booked dinner at Osteria Francescana at Casa Maria Luigia and weren't staying at the B&B, but this hotel is about a mile away so it was close to where we wanted to go and outside of the busy city center where you can't really drive anyway. The room was large and comfortable and we had breakfast included in the price so it was a really great deal. Parking is free and right out front. The only thing that was kind of weird is that you can't just walk into the hotel, they have to buzz you in and often times you would go in the first door and then the second door wouldn't open until the first door closed. It was weird and kind of annoying. The rooms have actual keys instead of key cards and I would...

We spent 2*1 nights at the Rechigi as we had business in Modena. Location is right next to a busy road in an industrial zone surrounded by car dealerships. The hotel is an italian 4*, meaning that the rooms, at least the single rooms at affordable rates, are basic and small and rank 3* on a normal scale. Amenities are limited to the strict minimum, bedding is basic (a sheet and a pillow hard as bag of sand). Breakfast buffet was pretty decent, but omelettes cost extra if you want better than the standard scrambled eggs. Service was transactional. Parking is practical but turned out to be nearly full one evening. There is no restaurant to eat dinner on premises, but there are options within a very short drive.

Nothing much to say this is what you would expect at the price you pay. Unfortunately we were unable to eat there and took our life in our hands on the adjacent road to get to the Argentinian Steak restaurant nearby but all in all the hotel is well placed and the team very efficient and polite. Rooms were slightly small but well furnished and very clean. Expecting us too they had made a special arrangement so our cars could all be parked safely

A really nice hotel on the outskirts of Modena. We had a newly renovated room, which works super well. However, we were right up under the ceiling, and this meant that the wall sloped a lot, so being in the utility room was a bit of a challenge when you are 190 cm. But it worked. All in all a good experience and with extremely friendly staff. Might consider booking there again.
