Avoid!! The place wasn't clean, mess left on the windowsil, rubbish shower, paper thin walls. ||||On top of all that the guy that runs the place was super shady. The day we were leaving he unlocked our bedroom door without knocking at 9.15am (check out time is 10am) and tried to get in to the room while my girlfriend was getting changed. Luckily she heard the door unlock and managed to run over and shut the door before he could come in. We thought perhaps that was a mistake and maybe we should give him the benefit of the doubt, then 5 minutes later he came over again and tried to get in the room AGAIN this time when I was fully naked as I'd just got out the shower. Even when I was shouting at him please go away I'm naked he was still stood in the doorway trying to open it. ||||The next day we got an email from Booking.com asking if we had actually stayed there as the owner had told booking.com that we never showed up. Our assumption is that because you can only review a place on Booking.com if you have stayed there, he is hoping to avoid any negative reviews by pretending people didn't actually stay there. ||||No doubt he will reply to this and say something along those lines or pretend like we got there late or something, or try and make out like the door was unlocked and he didn't open it. From the street there is nothing to mark the building, it's a big gate next to the BnP bank, the owner buzzed the gate open and after you cross a courtyard and up some slightly run down stairs to the first floor you enter the building, it's a corridor with a locked kitchen from which they serve breakfast at 830. There are then about five guest rooms. The room is just like their picture, corner bath with jacuzzi jets, big bed, good Aircon unit, lots of room, spotlessly clean, the bathroom also is large and very clean. You don't get the kind of bathroom amenities like in a hotel, they leave a hand wash and a body wash. You only get two pillows in the room, could do with two more. The location is good and bad, good that it's right next to the main central rail station (car parking in the station cost €22 over night) but the streets around the area are not the prettiest.
