La Piazzetta Orvieto — Hotel in Orvieto

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in April 2019. Nadia was an amazing host. She met us at a nearby parking lot so she could ride with us and show us the way to the B&B. Parking at her Inn was convenient. She gave us a garage door like clicker so we could open and close the large sliding door to the safe, parking area directly across the lane from the apartment. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Shower was hot with plenty of towels. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Since we had a rental car, Nadia had us sign a form so that we could drive in the ZTE. She submitted the form to the local precint. 9 months later, we receiced a citation from Orvieto municipal police for a traffic ingringement. In order to appeal, we had to fill out a form, in Italian (we do not know Italian), and submit it to the precinct by a certain date. We emailed Nadia and she immediately said she would send us a form to sign and she would bring it to the police for us. The matter was resolved within days over the holidays. That is excellent customer service....

We had a fantastic stay with Nadia at la Piazzetta! There is a reason that this b&b is rated so highly. We called Nadia when we got slightly lost on the way to the bed and breakfast. She stopped what she was doing and walked to meet us and then drive back in the car with us so that we would not get lost. Check in was seamless. This was the cleanest place that we stayed during our multi-week trip. Absolutely spotless. Nadia clearly knows how to run a bed and breakfast. She even let us check in early since the room was ready. The paid parking on premises was very convenient. The rooms are large and modern, and the air conditioning worked great. Breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast which Nadia provided for us even though we were the only three people in the bed and breakfast that night. We stayed 1 night at B&B La Piazzetta in Orvieto on July 3, 2019. We had 2 rooms (2 couples). We were both celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We weren't too sure about staying in Orvieto with so many other great options in Tuscany, but we're sure glad we did. Orvieto is a beautiful little hill town. We also did a stop in Civita di Bagnoregio, only about 30 min from Orvieto, which is well worth it. B&B La Piazzetta was superb. Extremely pretty, modern, and clean. The host Nadia was amazing. She met us there when we arrived and was there to prepare breakfast. She gave us a recommendation to a great restaurant.
