HOTEL VITTORIA — Hotel in Sirmione

If I book a 2* hotel I can accept this, but this hotel is supposed to be a 3* one. I have paid 112 Eur per night for this.|Parking: I always book a hotel with parking place whether is free or not. Now there is space in the garage, but the ramp is full with cars, so I could not turn into the garage with my car. (VW Golf combi). Recepcionist told me to wait a night when someone will leave the ramp, so there will be enough space. :( so car left on the street.|Elevator: stinks. No other word for it. Carpet in it and smells like cigarette.|Room: so outdated. At least the floor and toilet and bed were clean. But wow, check the pictures. It feels like instagram vs reality in life! I was born in the 80’s in Hungary. Now this room is exactly left in that era. Disappoined. |Only 1 free socket in the room to charge your devices.|Air conditioning is a joke. Remote switch is dirty as hell, disgusting. If fan is on stage 1, nothing happens just buzzing, on stage 2 also not cooling enough, but at least sounds like a windstorm. Switched off.|TV: yeah, it is flat screen but I have bigger monitor in my office. Had not tried.|Wifi: works properly.||This was a complete disappointment....

Pros: the breakfast, the staff, the exterior looked nice, the bed was comfortable

Cons: there was mold in the bathroom and it smelled really bad and we had to keep the bathroom door always closed so that we can stay in the room The bathroom itself was small and outdated, there was no window and the ventilator didn't work and it was full of mold. The towels smelled like vinegar. There was dust on the carpet, which was also really old... We couldn't tell all of this to staff because they were really nice and anyway they couldn't do anything. I hate to give a bad review, but this was really bad...and I hope the owner see this and invest some money to...
