I stayed here with my husband in June for four nights and loved everything about the place! Ryanair cancelled our outbound flight AFTER we had checked in so we knew our arrival times would change. Tonya (hope I spelt this correct!) was so accommodating, especially when we thought we would arrive very late evening! Check in was easy and the room was modern and very clean. The complimentary bottle of water each day was a nice touch and the room was cleaned daily with clean towels etc. The self service breakfast suited us to a tee. We ate at the family restaurant next door the first evening and the food was really good. We had a meat platter for starters and a sword fish and tuna dish for main. The prosecco was delicious. ||||The location was perfect for visiting the area. The local buses are a little untrustworthy and we nearly missed a morning boat trip so don't rely on the timetable! There are other good restaurants in the area and a big Penny that was handy. We enjoyed relaxing in the evening in the garden with a wine and local food and would like to thank Tonya and her family for making us feel so welcome, especially after a nightmare beginning to our holiday! I would definitely recommend...

We thought Paolo was the best hotel and restaurant manager we had ever encountered. And his faultless team did the rest for our comfort.||||Some practical advices: ||3,5 km./40 min. to Sirmione on foot or 7 min./1 Euro by shuttle bus (400 m. to the bus stop).||By car (average summer traffic): 10 min. to Desenzano, 30 min. to Gardaland, 40 min. to Lazise and Parco Sigurta, 45 min. to Bardolino and Verona (autostrada A4), 1 hour to Tremosine for mountain view of the lake.||We highly recommend all the above, as well as a boat tour to the private island Isola del Garda...
