Hotel Chiara Sirmione — Hotel in Sirmione

I have never been to such a welcoming, friendly and helpful hotel! The couple that run the local small hotel really are really fantastic and if there is anything you need they will help out. The hotel has functional good size rooms (well our one was for a family of four) which are spotless clean like the rest of the hotel. The decor is not the newest, but once you settle and see how well things are looked after it really does not matter. The hotel also has a pool and small bar if you want any drinks at the hotel. It's located on the main bus shuttle bus route to Sirmione with bus stop 2 minutes walk away (runs every 20 minutes). Area and road is not too busy/noisy. There are local restaurants within 5 min walk. Old Town Sirmione is a 25-30min walk. Plenty of private parking at hotel or free on streets. Oh and the breakfast is great, nice touch with home made cakes and excellent coffee. 😊

Last summer we booked this hotel for one night. Loved it so much, so we asked for a extra night. This summer we booked 12 nights. Free parking, lovely rooms, pool, close to the beach, close to the old city, and also close to restaurant and bars, but still a quite hotel. We also loved that They had a little fridge so we could have cold water for hot days. ||They have a little bar for the evening drink. And in the morning They serve you a delicious breakfast with fresh bread,and fresh made coffie. ||||Cinzia and her housband are there to help and answere questions. And They are really helpful. Always smiling, and will do everything to help you. ||||We have a busy life, and wanted a vacation to relax and just enjoy the sun. At this hotel we could do. The hotel is perfect. The rooms are so clean, and quiet. We had a lovely terrace to sit out on in the morning. Our room was big, with a large bathroom and nice shower. Breakfast was served outside on the wraparound veranda. We had such a warm welcome from Fabio who recommended a place to eat on our first night. He makes the most delicious coffee, and is a great guy. Cinzia is wonderful she had so much knowledge. She showed us how to see a free air show yesterday. She speaks many languages and is absolutely brilliant. Breakfast is very tasty with lots of choices. The location is excellent for busses and there are lovely restaurants nearby.
