Постараюсь максимально обширно описать свои впечатления от отеля, и ответить на те вопросы, что интересовали в первую очередь меня при выборе отеля.||Самое главное - отель понравился просто безумно, опишу почему:||||1.Расположение отеля практически идеально для Таормины. Видите ли, Таормина - это город , расположенный на склоне горы. Поэтому тут приходится выбирать - либо возле пляжа внизу, и пешком наверх, либо наверху и пешком на пляж. Для перемещения конечно же можно использовать такси или фуникулер, но в случае со вторым к нему еще нужно дойти. Мы выбрали этот отель, потому что он находится внизу - непосредственно возле пляжа. Для того, чтоб попасть наверх в центр Таормины, нужно пройти буквально 10 минут (мой шагомер показал 1212 шагов в среднем) и сесть на фуникулер. Кстати, возле остановки внизу у фуникулера ест отличные магазинчики со всем необходимым.||||Это довольно близко к центру. Стоимость фуникулера 3 евро и вы практически в двух шагах от главной улицы города. Если нет желания ходить пешком- можно заказать такси от отеля сразу в центр города (по моему 15 евро). ||Многие пишут, что идти нужно по дороге , по проезжей части. Да это так, но при этом у вас открывается просто потрясающий вид (фото прилагаю к отзыву), есть место возле проезжей части, не тротуар конечно, но 10 минут пройтись можно, и кроме того дорога действительно не занимает много времени.||Поэтому за расположение твердая десятка||||2.Интерьер - отель был открыт в конце 60-х, владельцы и персонал пытаются поддерживать в нем стиль и дух того времени. Попадая сюда ощущение, что ты стал героем старого итальянского кино. Просто потрясающе - лучшего варианта ощутить колорит Сицилии и не найти.Все в этом отеле сделано так, чтобы окунуть тебя в атмосферу того времени.|| Да, отель старый. В нем старая скрипучая мебель, старые телефоны и коврики на вымощенных плиточкой полах. Кажется, что время здесь остановилось. Но именно в этом и прелесть:)||Особенно мне понравился ресторан - невероятно поэтичное место: белая мебель, столы с белоснежными скатертями под густой зеленой кроной деревьев вместо крыши.||Этот отель можно сравнить с шикарным раритетным кабриолетом или потрясающим винтажным платьем.||Мы бывали во многих местах, в прекрасных отелях - чистеньких и аккуратных, современных и не очень. Но у этого отеля есть душа. И это главное.||||3.Пляж - первая линия. Пляж чистый, ухоженный, море лазурное. Шезлонгов и зонтов достаточно, они удобные. На пляже есть спасатели (кстати очень веселые и улыбчивые). Если хочется заказать коктейль или воду на пляж, можно это сделать прямо не уходя с пляжа. Удобно.||Медузы - да, были. Но совсем немножко, я увидела двух за 7 дней. Одна меня укусила - пол часа попекло, потом перестало.||Вход в море - сперва песочек, потом камни, и снова песок. Если есть тапочки для купания - берите, если нет - тут можно их приобрести. Я купалась без тапочек, в принципе нормально.||||4.Ресторан. Про интерьер я писала выше, безумно красиво. Очень хороший завтрак: яйца, сыр, колбасы, помидоры, огурцы, булочки, круасанны. йогурты, киви, консервированные ананасы и персики. Вобщем, выбрать есть из чего. На завтрак так же подают безумно вкусные пироги - попробовать обязательно нужно, оно того стоит.||Обедать и ужинать так же возможно в ресторане, Средний чек на двоих у нас всегда получался не менее 45 евро. Готовят очень вкусно , порции довольно большие. Достойный выбор напитков.||Каждый день к основному меню добавляются блюда дня. Дыня в вине и ризотто с морепродуктами просто бесподобны.||||5.Персонал этого отеля - его украшение. Тут все пытаются тебе угодить, и сделать отдых наиболее комфортным и приятным. При чем это очень ненавязчиво и душевно. ||Девочки на ресепшене очень вежливые и внимательные, говорят и по-русски. У нас была забавная история о том, как приобрели экскурсию и не знали , как добраться до места сбора. Обратились на ресепшн уточнить, как доехать, а девушка позвонила в компанию - организатор экскурсии, договорилась, чтоб нас забрали прямо из отеля, потом организовала нам заранее завтрак , чтоб мы не уехали голодные. ||Официанты в ресторане очень внимательные и улыбчивые. Ужин - так это каждый раз как представление. Они одеты все с иголочки, все в костюмах, такие красивые и нарядные. ||||Подводя итог. But this is exactly the beauty :)||||I especially liked the restaurant - an incredibly poetic place: white furniture, tables with snow-white tablecloths under the thick green crown of trees instead of a roof.||This hotel can be compared to a luxurious vintage cabriolet or a stunning vintage dress.||We have been to many places, in beautiful hotels - clean and tidy, modern and not very. But this hotel has a soul. And this is the main point.||||3. The beach -on the first line. The beach is clean, well maintained, the sea is azure. Sun loungers and umbrellas are enough, they are comfortable. There are lifeguards on the beach (by the way, they are very funny and smiling). If you want to order a cocktail or water to the beach, you can do it right without leaving the beach. Conveniently.||Jellyfish - yes, there were. But quite a bit, I saw two in 7 days. One bit me - half an hour it was not nice, then ceased.||Log into the sea - first sand, then stones, and again sand. If there are slippers for swimming - take it, if not - here you can buy them. I swam without slippers, in principle, normal.||||4. Restaurant I wrote about the interior above, insanely beautiful. Very good breakfast: eggs, cheese, sausages, tomatoes, cucumbers, buns, croissants. yogurt, kiwi, canned pineapples and peaches. In general, there is something to choose from. For breakfast, they also serve incredibly delicious cakes - you definitely need to try, it's worth it.||It is also possible to have lunch and dinner in a restaurant, the average bill for two, we always got at least 45 euros. They cook very tasty, the portions are quite large. A decent selection of drinks.||Daily specials are added to the main menu. Melon in wine and seafood risotto are really superb.||||5. The staff of this hotel is its decoration. Here everyone is trying to please you, and make the rest the most comfortable and enjoyable. What does it very unobtrusive and soulful.||The girls at the reception are very polite and attentive, they also speak Russian. We had a funny story about how we purchased a tour and did not know how to get to the gathering place.
