Taormina Terminal Bus — Local services in Taormina

Very aggressive and rude woman (the younger one) at ticket office who absolutely ruined our great day at Taormina. We arrived in advance to bus station, as we needed to catch our train and ferry in Messina to come back to mainland. You can not buy ticket at the bus, and there was a queue to the ticket office. And when it was our turn, bus was still there and let people in (bus at 18.30). But that woman started yelling on me and screaming, telling in a very bossy way that she doesn’t let us to this bus, she decides here everything and ‘she knows how to do her job’. In the end next bus in 15 minutes didn’t come, the one at 19.00 was late or didn’t come, and we had to pay 25 euro to the taxi guys (luckily they helped us) to get to the train station. We jumped into our train last minute.. Interbus has to improve schedule reliability and staff behavior. Taormina is absolutely amazing place, and we want to remind that tourists well contribute to the economy of the town and should be well. Such unacceptable behavior left us with the only bad memory in the south of Italy. That woman is dangerous for Taormina place and deserves it I spent my time to write...

I asked both the woman selling me the ticket for the bus and the driver when I got onto the bus if my bus to Catania stopped at Piazza Borsellino and they both said yes, the website said the bus stopped at this stop as well, then the bus just completely drove past the stop. Very rude and incompetent woman (the one with the faux Burberry nails) who refused to sell us seats after we queued saying that the bus was full when it was clearly not. Started shouting at us in Italian and English, yelling that “she knows how to do her job”. Lady, you’re selling bus tickets and you can’t even do that. Disgusting customer service. Then the bus leaves and she says the reason we couldn’t get on is because “35 people are waiting at the next stop “. I’ve never heard of a bus service...
