Vi Suites — Hotel in Unione dei comuni della Versilia

We stayed for six nights in early August in a room with a sofa bed, which was the perfect size for me, my wife, and our son. The hotel is just one block from the beach and has a partnership with a fantastic beach club, La Pia, which made our seaside days even better.

From the moment I booked, communication was excellent. I received a welcome message with basic information, and closer to our arrival date, they sent clear instructions for self check-in in case we arrived after 7:30 PM.

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted at reception. The room was spacious, spotless, and felt brand new. It had a large bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, strong air conditioning, plenty of storage space, a comfortable bed, and everything was impeccably clean.

The hotel staff were consistently attentive and helpful throughout our stay. There’s also a gym and a jacuzzi on-site, which were great additions. The location is ideal, with excellent restaurants nearby. While breakfast isn’t served at the hotel, there are great cafés just a block away and a supermarket close by if you prefer to eat in your room.

We stayed 11 nights at Vi Suites - Smart Room. We are very happy with the hote. Very friendly people at the front desk, that was always friendly and helpful. Wide and firm double bed, cold fridge, good kitnecnette, at a 50 " smart tv! Perfect. The room felt modern, fresh and luxurious. The rooftop was perfect for relaxation, sunbeds, and 2 Jacuzzis. You could rent a wonderful citybike for 3 euro per hour - and 12 euro for the whole day. I used the bike almost every day, and found many bikelanes, and streets with little traffic. You can also use the bikes to find free beaches. There are many great supermarkets in the area, and lovely food, like Pizzo Pizzerias. Viareggio was the perfect city as a hub for Tuscany. Short train ride to like Pisa, Lucca and Cinque Terre. We will absolutely love to come again to this hotel and Viareggio, and we can reccomend it. And yes, the A/C is very good.
