Just come back from a three night stay in Venice at this quirky small friendly B&B. Absolutely perfect for our needs during our visit to Venice. It has it faults, but find me a Hotel or B&B that does not have its faults. You can find fault in the biggest, poshest and dearest hotels. ||Caught the waterbus from airport getting off at the Ponte Nuve stop. The Hotel is just a five minute walk away down a couple of alleyways. Your biggest problem will be finding the entrance. No signs outside as the entrance is shared with private residencies. Just a TripAdvisor sign on the door. Just make sure you have a decent map app on your phone to get to it. I have put a couple of photos of the front door on my review. As people have said the Hotel bit of the building is up three flights of stairs. No good for disabled people im afraid. We had a 2 year old with us and we were able to leave her pram safe in the entrance area. ||Its a small B&B with small decent rooms. It is generally very clean, you may find a bit of dirty grout or sealant, or a rusty plughole, so what, its not the Ritz. Bedes were comfy, extra pillows in the wardrobe. Small fridge/TV if you need it. Safe in wardrobe which we were not charged for. Hairdryer in the bathroom. Our room had a flashing showerhead !!!!!! Disco while you shower.||Breakfast was simple and functional and give you your fuel for the start of your sightseeing day. ||Situated in a safe decent area within a short walking distance of the major attractions. Loads of bars/restaurants nearby, but do your research if you choose to saty here as to which ones to go to. ||Staff are a phone call away if needed. So you can come an go without seeing a member of staff, its like having your own apartment.||Sleep quality was excellent, I heard no noise from outside or any other guests coming or going and I am a light sleeper. ||||No complaints from our party of 5 who had two rooms, a cot was provided for...

Good eating places Around , walking distance from San Marco and Rialto bridge , And gives the feel of staying in real old Venice .. |BUT it’s very difficult to locate it on the first day .. google maps all wrong ( plz go by the coordinates and not the name ) . No visible signage on the door ..we had to call the lady after a futile one hour of pulling our luggage around Venice who was good enough to come to pick us up from Ft de Nova |Room is clean but the room in which we stayed had such a low roof that we must have banged our head into the roof at least 20 times in our two day stay ..and had to bend to get to the left side of the bed ..so avoid room no 9 plz |Breakfast is Average .. |worst was that one night when some kinda alarm went off at night and we called the emergency number , they refused to come and chk out as it was a Sunday 😱.. Also the air conditioning does not work and we were literally devoured by the mosquitoes at night 😔.. So take your call , Can stay .. but not...

We were frustrated becouse of walking with our luggages because google map directions are wrong if you seek with hotel name. She entreated us juice and cakes. We could not see her again, so best regards from here :) |Location was pretty good. Near Rialto bridge, F. Nove vaporetto station which you can take a vaporetto to Burano, Murano, Santa Lucia train station. And Cannenegro area is somewhere you can find anything you want like good restaurants, supermarkets. Neighborhood was really quite so you can sleep well. We stayed breakfast included but breakfast was poor. First morning at 9 am we had to wait about 20 minutes to find an empty table. As we could sit most of the breakfast food were finished. Other morning we were earlier 8am so we could have a breakfast but with weak quality. |Last day we left our luggages at the hotel after we...
