You are obligated to order wine, if not, the owner screamed to you and discriminate you by insulting you that you only order a water. I don't know what he is talking about 5 minuts and 10 minutes, in fact from we found a seat and we left I think in total it was 5-7 minutes. Maybe for the owner, we are in the film of "Interstellar", one minute equals seven minutes in his "money making planet" LOL. Why we enter a wine bar? Because we are TOURISTS and we saw you have things to eat and we didn't know you had that discrimination rule. Avoid this place!! This place is a scam they charge you more than what you originally ordered. I asked the barman for only one glass and he kept insisting on giving me two even after I told him that I only wanted one. I also asked for some small bites to eat and he insisted that if I wanted to have them I had to sit down and eat them there that I couldn’t have them to take away.

Even after all of this I said ok I’ll eat the food here and then take the wine away. He then proceeded to charge me for two glasses of wine. After I finished the food I asked him for a takeaway cup for the other glass of wine and he started shouting and let out a big sigh as if it was his worse convenience. Avoid this place...
