We had a wonderful stay at Michel’s beautiful apartment in Venice! From the moment we arrived, Michel went above and beyond to make our visit special—especially helping me organize my son’s birthday. I would never have expected such thoughtfulness and generosity. He was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay.

The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better—close to everything and right near one of the best restaurants in Venice.

Brilliant apartment and fantastic owner. The apartment was very spacious, beautifully decorated and with all modern appliances required. Location was perfect. Located in a quiet part of the city but a short walk from the tourist attractions and busy streets so we had the best of both worlds. The owner was very helpful and greeted us as the water bus stop and walked us to the apartment. Very nice touch was the bottle of wine which we needed after the flight from uk. We stayed 3 days in Michele's apartment and enjoyed it soo much: for the first location is optimum for bienalle, for the second, it has a super confy locks, great modern bath and nice interios, pleasant to spend time in, and for the third, but the most important Michele was super nice and welcoming (including nice restaurant suggestions), helped us a lot even when my friends got lost.
