🚫 Rude Staff, Awful Attitude — We Left Before Ordering 🚫
We walked into Osteria A La Scuela with the intention of ordering drinks and maybe even some food. Before checking the menu, we wanted to make sure they had a toilet available, since the bathroom in our Airbnb was broken and the plumber working on it told us to go to a nearby bar to use one.
We noticed they did have a toilet but didn’t even enter the restroom yet — we were literally just turning around to look at the menu when the bar staff angrily told us we couldn’t use the toilet its “for customers only”; Which, ironically, we were about to become! We tried to explain our situation about our toilet and just needed to make sure there was a restroom first, but the staff member cut us off rudely and snapped “Well, that’s not my problem.”
At that point, we decided we’d rather take our business elsewhere. If this is how they treat potential paying customers — with unnecessary hostility and zero understanding — then we can’t imagine what the rest of the experience would’ve been like.
We won’t be returning, and we certainly can’t recommend this place to anyone who values being treated with even a minimum level...

The best is that they are friendly and it was mainly locals that were showing up that day but the food was not really good.
