Oasis Lagoon & Residence — Hotel in Venice

We had a wonderful experience, at the Roof Top suite! the welcoming was warm & the explaining briefly but straight to the point. Every day , we ordered a breakfast, which was served in the room at the desired hour. A personal touch was given to it, every day a little different but always tasteful, with fresh made toasts and croissants... then, about the room: it is a two-person room which is surely big enough for the time you have to spend inside. nice little bathroom with shower and toilet. But considering the large roof top-terrace and its unbeaten, wonderful view over the lagoon and the city of Venice at the other side, this surely is worth a five star-residence! Especially when you love some sunbathing without having to visit the crowdy beaches. Also early in the morning and after a colourful sunset over the city, which lies in the northwest of Oasis residence, it is incredibly pleasant to watch the boats passing by, sipping a late night drink...The best short stay we have ever had, anywhere. The cleaning was certainly thoroughly and neatly, every day again. The owners were at all times very helpful and friendly!! We will get back there for sure in a few years...looking...

We spent 5 nights in the "Roof Suite with Terrace and Lagoon View" in July. Good location with a fantastic view! Both the room and the beautiful terrace are exactly like in the illustration pictures and maybe even better in life! Quick check in and check out. It was easy to communicate with the owners both before and during our stay through messages. It is very easy to get to Venice from the property: just go about 8-10 minutes to the vaporetto station (Lido S.M.E. station) and you always find a vaporetto which goes within a few minutes/reasonable time to Venice. It is also near the beach. Everything was fantastic, I would love to come back another time.

Almost everything was perfect. We didn't realize from before that the room was not supposed to be cleaned daily but only supposed to be reset daily, and that the towels were not changed daily but were changed only every 3 days. All in all it wasn't a big problem but we felt that this arrangement did not...

We tried to cancel or update our reservation 5 days before the arrival time because of COVID restrictions. But they never answered our calls. Even booking agency tried to reach them twice, but they didnt answer. 1 day later They responded us via email and they said we need to contact to agency to cancel. So we did but then, hotel responded to agency that they dont accept cancellations. I understand you have a right to keep our money without any service but it is not fair to not answer or make us spend our time to reach agency for nothing. Having free money in this kind of condition(covid restriction) is not ethical. I dont suggest any one to...
