Casa Ferrovieri — Hotel in Verona

I have never happened this in my our life! The owner of the apartment is horrible, unfriendly, not helpful, false, uncorrect, lier. i needed her help and she didnt pick up the phone. ||||All doors works with a kode! We got one link and with this we tried to open every door!||Our link was wrong and we couldnt enter to the accomodagion!!!!!!!!!!!! I tried to keep a contact with Charlotta but she didnt pick up the phone, she just answered on whatsupp! From the other apartment one boy heared that we try to entrance and we couldnt. He came out and helped to us. We entranced in a main doors and in we realized that our room door was open. We couldnt close the door also. We couldnt go out from the main doors because if we go out we couldnt entrance  again on a main doors. We were complitely impossible.... All the time i tried to keep a contact with Charlotta but she didnt pick up the phone. She talked with a boy from the other room but i couldnt understand all conversacion. I sent to her a message that i hear that she talk with a boy, why she doesnt want to pick up my call?! ...  Until today she hasn't answered for this!!!!!! I think she saw everything because in a hall there is a camera also!!!!!!!!!! ||After 2 hours she sent to me a new link to the doors. It was worked, but how can i belive that the next day will works.?!?!?!?!? .. Or if i go out i can entrance again?!?!?!?! ?! If she didnt help me the afternoon she  wont help me in the morning or at night....||Furthermore the accomodation is payed! I wanted to delate my reservation and i talked also with a help center! She said to me that she wont give me back my money. So i left the room at 20.30.... Im waiting my...

Chose this accommodation due to it’s proximity to the railway station only being 5 mins on foot. It’s a bit unnerving walking to the accommodation however it’s actually very safe. ||The accommodation itself is located in a 4-story building which has 4 units on each floor. Check-in process was pretty smooth but please not there is no reception. Payment was processed with a credit card and portal handheld terminal. Pretty standard as if you were going to a restaurant in the city. ||The room itself is clean but on the top floors (which I requested) however there is no thermostat, so it’s pretty cold during the winter periods. There is an air-con unit but it’s lousy at best and not capable of heating the room to an adequate level. So, if your planning on staying here, pack your thermals. ||Breakfast included is loosely translated as per-packaged croissants and muffins. There is also juice provided in the fridge and a nespresso machine with a few shots of coffee provided. ||I was very disappointed that the room hadn’t been cleaned upon returning to the accommodation in the evening on day 2. The rubbish bins in both the bedroom and bathroom were still full and the towels had not be changed and were damp. The only cleaning to the room was replenishing the toilet roll and one croissant pack plus making the bed. Very poor indeed. ||I could only recommend this if you are looking for a close accommodation near the station...

I'd like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Casa Ferrovieri Gasthaus in Verona. Despite expecting a good experience, it was far from satisfying.

The check-in process was remote and unnecessarily difficult and took too long. We paid twice, once through their website and again during check-in.

The accommodation had many problems: The unluck system was noisy and complicated, requiring a specific app to open the doors. Without the phone, you couldn't open them.

The owners introduced a new meaning for "non-shared bathroom." The flat contained four rooms and three bathrooms, each assigned to a room. However, they were located in a shared corridor, making it inconvenient.

Thin walls made it impossible to rest due to noise from neighboring rooms, especially at night.

Daily room cleaning and basic amenities were missing, making a multi-day stay unpleasant. For instance, for four nights, clean towels and toilet paper were not replenished.

The owner's misleading photos on the website were disappointing. If the appearance of the building or the stairs were acceptable, they would have definitely included photos on the website.

The security of the flat was poor as we found the entrance door wide open at midnight.

Overall, my stay at Casa Ferrovieri Gasthaus was unsatisfactory due to many issues. I strongly advise against...
