Diamond in the rough!
Parking: There is plenty of parking at the right time. However, they are competing with two breakfast spots in the same corner. Down the street is the beach strip of food, too. However, it is worth every step.
Atmosphere: Magical! It feels like a proper bakery with flavor to match.
Food: All the food is open-air display, so get there early. The long bacon strip excites my husband, and he doesn't react to anything. I LOVE THE CURRY WURST!! and I hate curry. There is something for everyone in my family, and no more stops are needed after here. It is affordable and high quality. The most gorgeous pastries out here.
Catering: They are very amenable with advance notice. Please keep in mind that it is a few people doing all of it. No matter how much notice, be mindful of the request. You won't regret choosing them.

Read moreWhat a gem! Maybe Bakery is one of those places you stumble upon and instantly fall in love with. Everything is made fresh, and you can taste the difference--crispy-on-the-outside, fluffy-on-the-inside kind of delicious. The vibe is peaceful and cozy, they're in a perfect location near Araha beach, which makes it a perfect spot to go to after a long day in the water.
My only tiny gripe is that there aren't a lot of seating options, so it's more of a grab-and-go or quick stop kind of place. But trust me, the food is 100% worth it.
Don't skip this one if you're in the area. Maybe Bakery is a...
Read moreI saved this bakery to my map with several exclamation points, so I realized I should write a review.
The area and the storefront are so cute, and once you go inside, it’s this upscale-feeling shop with all their beautiful breads and pastries displayed so neatly for you to choose from. The staff are so nice and helpful, and were understanding of my limited Japanese skills.
What I bought was packaged carefully, and so delicious! My favorites were the French toast and bread pudding, although everything was so good. I also bought a loaf of bread, which they offered to slice thin or thick for me.
