I love love love this cottage! I felt like i was living in my own home. Very comfortable and clean. Not a speck of dust to be found! The bedroom has many beds and spots to choose from. Towels, hair and body shampoos and even a hairdryer are provided! As for the bathtub, you just have to press buttons to operate it. Just press a button and the bathtub will fill on its own. And in the kitchen, cooking utensils are also provided. Anything you need, knives, spatula, pots and pans, bowls and plates and whatever utensils you usually have in your kitchen. You even have your own yard to hang out on! You can also do BBQ and rent bicycles that are in perfect condition. The cottage owner is so friendly that she can instantly be your friend. When you already have to leave, she'll provide transportation for you to the train station. Enjoy your stay and I can assure you 100%...

Such a beautiful house — clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The kitchen comes with all the basic necessities. You can enjoy an amazing view of Mount Fuji from the living room, bedroom, and even from the shower!
The owner thoughtfully prepared slippers for us, and bicycles are available to rent directly from them for just ¥500 per day.
The location is great, with restaurants and convenience stores like Lawson and 7-Eleven nearby. We cycled around the lake and explored the beautiful surrounding scenery.
The Kawaguchiko Music Forest Museum is also nearby and definitely worth a visit. I managed to capture a video of the sunrise reflecting on Mount Fuji — it was absolutely breathtaking.
The staff was very helpful too; she even helped us book a taxi when we were leaving.

Read moreMy family of 8 booked this cottage for 1 night. The lady host is so nice and can speak English. She picked us ftom kawaguchiko Station on our arrival around late evening. After knowing that we have yet to have our dinner, she drove us to the nearby supermarket to get our food as there's no nearby restaurants near the county cottage. We also bought some standby instant food for next day breakfast. ||We wake up with a superb view of Mount fuji. House has 6 beds on the 2nd floor and 2 rollout beds on the ground floor.||The cottage is so beautiful and peaceful. It is just a 3 min walk to kawaguchiko lake. ||My family wished we could stay for few more nights.||Host is very nice to send us to the nearest kachi kachi ropeway after our checkout.||My best accommodation in Japan during my 1...
