This place was a god send to us. Great service. It was 3 of us in a group walking back from Kawaguchiko station, and we didn't want to take a taxi to get to the Lake Villa Kawaguchiko. So we walked. By the time we got to the Lake Villa, we were starving, but didn't know where to get food. The Lake Villa called to this restaurant, and asked if they could serve us. We found out later that it was past their normal operating hours, but they still served us.

It was good, tasty, and comforting. I ordered pork hoto and fried fish.
Hoto is actually thin wide noodle with udon like texture. The soup is miso based. In a bowl of Hotto, you'll get the hoto, generous pork slice, lots of veggie, such as carrot, some leafy greens if I'm not mistaken, mushroom, potato, spring onion, wakame. It was really good.
If you want some light meal, you can eat a bowl for two. But, ordering 1 bowl for yourself doesn't make you really full.
For fried fish, the portion is quite small. The taste just OK.
Definetely will be back whenever I visit Kawaguchiko.

Service was prompt, the food were served fast.
