We saw Yakiniku Izakaya 871 when we went to dinner the night before. Our driver highly recommended this restaurant and told us that all his customers like it. He also loves the dishes at Yakiniku Izakaya 871. So, we decided that this is where we will have dinner on the second night when we are in the Mt. Fuji area.
The restaurant is quite spacious, offering some privacy and accommodating large tables. Perfect for our group. I am a little surprised that we got a big table without having to wait.
We ordered lots of meals and vegetables. They are all very delicious. The ingredients are exceptionally fresh and of high quality, particularly the A5 Wagyu. The service is good. And we enjoyed our table with privacy. This is a restaurant that I wish I had time to try again...

We got to try their lunch special and it was AMAZING! Me and my fiancé didn’t get to eat breakfast so we got plenty of food while we were there and it was so worth it! Between two of us, we spent $70 and that included several meat selections, a special that came with soup, salad, rice and hot pot, two alcoholic beverages and a great experience!
