Ok first thing first is the atmosphere. It’s hot inside on a hot summer eve. The AC is on but with the stove and kitchen it’s just hot. However having had their Yakisoba dish #3. I had to have another but just the Yakisoba by itself. Some reviewer from before posted it was meh or greasy or whatever, but others who have been here have enjoyed it and the staffs company. Nice friendly atmosphere, good for drinks and Yakisoba and pork items. Ichigaki island in Okinawa comes to mind when I think of their pork. Tonight we had a variety of their dishes including their jumbo mushroom ( common in Canada ) but still it was enjoyed by us. Overall, I’m giving them a top notch rating. Billed as a “Premium Pork Cafe and Restaurant”, it certainly lived up to its name.
It’s a small, cozy place that is open late, has attentive service and excellent food!
While I could not read the Japanese menu, I could see the pictures and pointed to what I wanted.
It was cooked up fresh within minutes.
