COCO fukuoka chiyo — Hotel in Fukuoka

Please don't come if you are looking for a comfy stay in Fukuoka. Location is not easy to find with nothing around. The closest convient store is 6mins walk away. The building is located just next to the express way and it is very noisy at night. Our room is located just next to the staircase and people can see us when the walk up the building. The room is dusty and unclean. There's spots on the bed linen and the window glass is broken! Ridiculous! And there's hair inside the kettle! The bathroom is smelly and moldy. Eventually we have to book another hotel...

First impression is ok. The location is also good - 7 min walk to the nearest metro station, 7 min walk to combine store. The room is a bit old, but ok. But then the cucarachi faced up. Not one, but a lot of... It's not acceptable 😔 IMPORTANT: when you're booking the room check on the site is city tax included! In my reservation it was included on booking, but I found a letter in the room that I have to pay city(accomodations) tax in cash only! The letter was personalized, so it...

We stayed in Coco for a month and we couldn’t choose better. Room is proper size and super bright with big balcony and everything you need. Owner is very kind and helpful and response very quick too any message. Free parking spots at the bottom level if you travel by car. Place is very quiet though convenient with walking distance to old town. Try 290 yen tonkatsu ramen next...
