Furano trailer village 傳-den- — Hotel in Furano

For our recent trip to Hokkaido in July to view the flower fields, my wife and I booked our accommodation at Furano Trailer Village Den. We stayed in Fantasia, a fully equipped apartment complete with air-conditioning/heater, kitchen, washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner, roof deck with sheltered seating area, and dedicated parking. Every item necessary for a short or extended stay was provided. The furnishing and equipment were well-maintained and clean.

Located near the apartment around a corner is 7-11 convenience store where we stocked up on fruits, drinks (Sapporo Classic!), ice cream, snacks and light food. A short walk across two elevated walkways that spanned the railway tracks of Furano Station brings you to popular and cozy restaurants serving Japanese and Western cuisines. The apartment owner introduced us to three restaurants and they were exceedingly good. She even helped us to make the reservations!

From the apartment, we drove to all the popular areas in Furano, Nakafurano, Kamifurano, Biei and Asahikawa. We had a wonderful time, this being our second visit to Hokkaido.

Big WOW! Everything was really special and perfect. The place is full of electronic items, very shiny and clean, and extremely comfortable. There is plenty of natural daylight, which makes it even more pleasant.

The hosts were very attentive - they replied promptly to messages and even came twice to check that everything was OK. They also surprised us with a small gift of local products.

I am a bit late in reviewing the accommodation. I stayed there during the winter. The place is clean, spacious, warm and modern. What impressed me the most was the owner of the accommodation, who was very welcoming, especially to my son. It felt like family. We had great X’mas celebration there. If we ever go to Furano again, our family will definitely choose to stay here again. 🥰 Miss you grandma...
