Nestled in a serene landscape, the hot spring inn offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. As you approach the inn, you're greeted by an ambiance that blends traditional charm with the soothing presence of nature, setting the stage for a truly relaxing experience.

From the moment you step inside, the inn's warm hospitality is palpable. The staff, attired in traditional garb, welcomes you with genuine smiles and an attentiveness that promises a stay of utmost comfort. The lobby, with its tasteful decor that marries modernity and tradition, invites you to leave your worries at the door and embrace the peacefulness that pervades the establishment.

The rooms are thoughtfully designed to highlight the natural beauty of the surrounding area. Sliding doors open to reveal picturesque views that change with the seasons, from vibrant autumn leaves to the serene snowscapes of winter. The rooms themselves offer a harmonious blend of traditional Japanese aesthetics and modern conveniences, ensuring a comfortable stay without sacrificing the cultural experience. Tatami floors, futon bedding, and shoji screens create an authentic atmosphere, while Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and modern bathrooms provide the comforts of home.

The heart of the inn, however, is its hot springs. The onsen facilities are impeccably maintained, offering both indoor and outdoor baths that allow you to soak in mineral-rich waters while enjoying the natural beauty of the inn's surroundings. The outdoor baths, in particular, offer a sublime experience, whether you're basking in the warmth of the sun or gazing at the stars in the clear night sky. The waters are believed to have healing properties, providing relief for both body and mind, making every dip a rejuvenating experience.

Dining at the inn is another highlight, with meals that are as much a feast for the eyes as they are for the palate. Utilizing the freshest local ingredients, the chefs craft traditional Japanese dishes that reflect the seasonal bounty. Each course is carefully presented, showcasing the culinary artistry and deep respect for flavor and texture that define Japanese cuisine. The dining experience, often served in the privacy of your room, further enhances the sense of exclusivity and personal attention that makes the stay so memorable.

Beyond the confines of the inn, the area offers a wealth of activities and sights. From nature walks that allow you to immerse yourself in the beauty of the landscape to cultural experiences that provide insight into the region's history and traditions, there's no shortage of opportunities to enrich your stay.

Despite the many attractions, the inn's commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship stands out. Efforts to minimize its ecological footprint, from energy-efficient practices to sourcing ingredients locally, reflect a dedication to preserving the natural beauty and cultural heritage that make the experience so special.

In conclusion, this hot spring inn offers more than just a place to stay; it provides a sanctuary where the body and soul can rejuvenate. The combination of natural beauty, traditional hospitality, culinary excellence, and environmental consciousness creates an experience that is both enriching and deeply restorative. It's a place where every detail is considered, ensuring that your stay is not just enjoyable but truly...

We had a short drive from Odawara. As soon as we arrived in the parking lot, we had a staff member greet us with warm smiles and carried our luggage. It’s a traditional and intimate ryokan and we loved how homey it felt. We also had a lady staff give us a tour of the place and she is so cute and helpful.

The rooms were so much larger than the rooms we were used to in the larger cities. The bedding is comfortable.

We had a variety of traditional dishes for dinner which we loved so much. It was delicious and different to anything we’ve tried.

There are 2 smaller indoor baths and I felt the temperature was comfortable. The outdoor onsen is hotter but might be better during cooler conditions. Even though the bathing area is intimate, there weren’t too many people bathing at the same time so I thought there was plenty of room.

My family enjoyed this experience so much. Thank you for such a...

Great stay Everyone is very nice and welcoming, comftable enough with speaking english and explaining everything. The room was spacious and pretty well maintained. No private shower, but you bath in the onsen, or use the shared bathroom in the onsen's changing room.

The onsen was the nicest part of the stay. The women's indoor onsen is pretty small, but between 8-9 pm the outdoor mixed ( You need to wear a towel ) onsen is for women only, and it's a great experience.

The food was also a great and interesting experiance. Many small and large plates are presented to you in your room, dinner and breakfast. the meals change every day so you get to try many local dishes! Some we liked and some we didn't, but we loved the feast nonetheless! Overall a...
