I planned this trip with my boyfriend about a month or so ahead of time. We were quite excited, however this excitement quickly went away upon arriving at the hotel. After we parked in the small parking lot we were led up uneven small stairs that were made up of various stones. Did I mention it was down pouring rain? I was so happy I did not have an actual luggage otherwise I am sure I would have slipped and fallen. I actually wanted to touch the hand rail because of how horrible the stairs were but the wooden rails were completely covered in moss (which at that point was sopping wet). I do not know how people go up with so much luggage and the high amount of dangerous stairs.||||After the stairs we were led into a main room for paperwork. We chose a time to eat our dinner and were given keys. Going up the stairs I saw the border on the bottom of the wall was falling off. Once to our room we opened the door. My boyfriend (Japanese) and I both had similar reactions. The room had a smell to it and it reminded us of a love motel, which for $450, did not make us happy. ||||There were two beds nexts to each other squished next to the sink in the room. Neither of us could comfortably stand in front of the sink without touching the bed. The highlight of the room, and the reason we booked it was the attached tub that had a view. However, much to my dismay the window looking outside had not been cleaned and was covered in film which prevented me from having a clear view of the beautiful scenery outside. ||||In the same room as the tub was the shower, coming from the drain was a sewer type smell which led me to have to spray my perfume while I was using the room. In addition to this I felt that the room had not been cleaned properly. Just looking at the tissue box it was covered in spots and dust. ||||The only positive at this "resort" was the dinner. However, $450 was not work the total price for one night. I hope my boyfriend and I can return to the area and have a better experience at a...

Read moreWe stayed in the suite, 201. The room was great, spacious, separate bedroom and living room, amazing views, the bedroom shower/bath was beautiful.
Apart from the room everything else was average and there were a few frustrating points.
Food - average, maybe even slightly below average in terms of taste, quantity, and presentation (they served some bite sized salmon chunks in a plastic cup…) some of their drink dispensers were broken
Staff - sub par, and this is the reason why we gave 2 stars instead of an average 3. They were not rude, but:
Overall, I don’t think I’d stay here again, but I had a lot of fun and the room was nice. If you are staying, I highly suggest bringing your own alcohol and some snacks since there’s nothing nearby. If you have those, and good company, you’ll have a good time. Karaoke and ping pong are a...
