Excellent Location for Happo One Skiing" Pros: Prime Location: Just a 1-minute walk from the Happo One gondola, this hotel offers unbeatable ski-in/ski-out convenience. Spacious Accommodation: The 3-bedroom apartment was generously sized, providing ample space for our group. Comfortable Features: We enjoyed the heated floors, full kitchen amenities, separate laundry facilities, and convenient car parking. Modern Bathrooms: The bathrooms were large and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort. Proximity to Happo One Town: A short 8-minute walk to the town center provided easy access to shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Cons: Limited Hotel Services: The hotel operates more like an Airbnb, with limited housekeeping services. While hotel management was responsive via WhatsApp, additional services like housekeeping came at an extra cost. Minor Cleanliness Issues: We noticed some minor cleanliness issues, such as cobwebs in one of the rooms. Overall: Despite the minor drawbacks, the hotel's excellent location, spacious accommodations, and reasonable price make it a solid choice for skiers and groups visiting Happo One. Aussie owed deluxe apartments in the heart of Hakuba. Very close to bars, restaurants, shops and onsen with a major slope literally at your doorstep (intermediate). Self contained accommodation with gas fireplace, kitchenette, heated flooring and separate laundry. Staff are extremely lovely and helpful. This place even offers pickup/drop off services plus complementary shopping trips throughout your stay. They are a little pricey however I have immensely enjoyed spending every penny!! Will stay...

Really nice and spacious apartments, right at the foot of the slopes with a very very short walk to the main gondola and a couple of short lifts. Nearby restaurants and onsen is welcomed, especially during or following a day of skiing. Big shout out to Koichiro the site manager. Free pickup and drop off for the train station and arranged afternoon shopping trips whenever needed. Such a nice guy, just made the stay so easy...
