The staff were generally helpful, though I found my interactions with the ski outfitters to be a bit condescending and they did not care to hear about my preferences and experiences on the skis. I had the premium package and when I didn’t like the skis and boots initially provided and came back to trade them in again the ski staff acted like it was bother and didn’t even care to hear what my issues were and therefore just gave me another set of sub-par skis and didn’t want to bother fitting me for different boots insisting the new skis would fix the issue. Had a horrible time in ill-fitting boots and just didn’t want to deal with the rude ski staff again. However my partner rented a snowboard with them as well and had a lovely experience. Due to my experience and the fact that this place was more expensive than other rental companies I would say try another place, there are many other options in the valley and you’ll probably save...

Very quick & smooth experience here hiring premium skis, boots, poles, jacket & pants.

I couldn't book online as it was within 48hrs but they kept the same prices as shown online, even gave a small discount thanks to a referral. There are reviews on other shops (Woody's & Spicey) that suggests they jack up the prices if you turn up without a booking so this was a relief.

After check-in they do measurements. I had a quick discussion around foot width with a ginger fitting ninja and the second pair of boots I tried was actually more comfortable than my own!

Nick helped out with my preferences for skis. Armada 194cm*108mm. Could have k2 enforcers which are excellent skis imo.

The jacket & pants were good quality & warmer than I expected. And they refunded one day of hire out of three in cash because my stuff arrived earlier than expected.

The Rhythm shop is awesome! Our family rented from them for 2 snow seasons now. All staffs are super friendly and knowledgeable! This season (2022) I bought a full snowboard kit from them ( boots, board, bindings, and bag) and the staff helped me all along the way in finding something I would truly love. They have some great people working there. A big remark to Tomo and Chris ( great guys who remembered our family) for spending so much time with me finding the right board and Boots. They even hot mold my boots to break them in and provided a wax service to my board. Theo, Justin, Byon, and the girl that does the coffee (forgot her name) also were super helpful in assisting my wife and kids find the right ski gear. We never felt that they were trying to push stuff onto us. They truly wanted to help us and make everything perfect so we could enjoy the slopes. 10/10...
