Our bus arrived in Hakuba at 9pm and we were starving. Our hotel recommended a chill bar, not too noisy which has great burgers.
The bar is in the basement. Itâs a small place with a mixture of cozy seats and bar stools. They had a big screen showing snowboarding videos and in the corner there was a small DJ booth. They also have dart machine.

Bartender was very rude. Was there with a mate but the bartender told me to get a drink or get out unprompted. One of the best bars in Hakuba. I love the atmosphere, the food, and the friendly staff. Refuel is open late and open during the green season. Highly recommended for dinner, drinks, or late night snacks.
Side note: If you decide to play games with the staff and find yourself in last place of said game you'll have to take a shot....
