Very disappointing. We paid for the highest quality snowboard equipment (the deluxe package) - the rental gear was terrible, and they could not supply a snowboard suitable for my height (6ft 4).

I returned the gear after 2 hours, explaining that it wasn't up to standard and didn't appropriately fit me.

They would not refund my money. I was quite happy to pay for the 1 day that I used the equipment. But they would not refund the other 3 days, that I hired.

We booked the ski gear on Klook and the ski clothes on the official website. (Ski Clothes conditions were fine)The price is reasonable and suitable for beginner. However, they were not aware that our package included helmets, and there were insufficient helmets for our booking. They suggested that we could upgrade our ski gear to advanced gear for free, but they could not provide helmets...

Had Jochen as our instructor. He was extremely patient, nurturing, and showed genuine interest in our learning. The lessons were well planned for gradual and comfortable levels of complexity. Our friends who were first timers also managed to pick snowboarding up quickly under his training. Great service,...
