The room was nice and spacious with a great toilet and amenities. The only downside is that they do “eco cleaning” which I understand, but they won’t even make your bed, I don’t mean replacing the bedsheets but just making your which all regular hotels do. They won’t clean your cups or replace them but they won’t also give you soap to clean your cups so I personally don’t think it’s eco cleaning it’s eco disgusting. Wiping the surfaces or making beds does not increase the use of water or resources. Besides that, the staff are lovely and the breakfast is a good highlight for sure. I would like them to improve their “eco cleaning” as it just looks they are “under staffed” for cleaning services and had to come up with a new term to greenwash their intentions.I would rather them not having disposable amenities,...

Absolutely love this hotel. Many trips to Japan but this is our 1st trip in Okinawa. Great location with convenient stores steps from the hotel and short walk to Kokusaidori, a street with stretch of good shopping. Front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. Our spacious Premier Corner Twin room is very well layout, well maintained, fresh & modern and also has a very well stocked refrigerator with daily refill at no extra charge. The wonderful housekeeping team also paid great attention to the details of what beverages we drank the most and all our other needs. I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during our honeymoon in April. We had the premier corner room for the first half and the pool villa suite for the other half and it was AMAZING. Location is also perfect with all major konbinis right outside the hotel. We were to lucky to meet so many Nepali staff members that made me feel like home (being Nepali myself).
