Minn 新大阪 — Hotel in Osaka

I stayed here for about 9 days. Sound really travelled through the apartments and I was often kept awake at 1am by hearing people walk above or even below. Also when people moved chairs it screeched through the apartments, not nice. As for service we had a cleaner come once for a whole week, I find that should at least be twice a week. And having one fresh set of towels over the spam of nine days I didn’t find plenty either…

At 10am you will be woken up by the noise of people getting ready to go above or below you.

For one night you may be absolutely fine, cleanliness when we arrived was good and the apartment was as shown in picture.

Checking in was easy but we are quite tech savvy, I prefer one person I could speak to at all times.

Also keep in mind!! This stay does not provide service to send luggage to airport or receive it from the airport. We made this mistake as our first time in Japan and will definitely look for a hotel that provides this service, struggling with your luggage everywhere is hell.

In short: I would not book here again

One pro: you are given laundry detergent and a washing machine.

We were in this hotel for 1 night a few days before this second time. That experience was ok, but this one for 4 days has been very disappointed. Key points: at arrival check in was not available for the required video call the room was not the described in the photos in Booking.com. The space was absolutely not enough for 2 beds and 2 futtons plus luggage. It wasn’t like that the first time we stayed at the hotel, when we had two beds. we asked the remote service agent for find out a solution, but just a short “you should check the room details before check in it”. Obviously this is the wrong answer from the agent’s handbook as the key for the room is not giving until the check out is completed on the second day the laundry machine smell really bad and The whole room had a nauseating smell. The room is spacious , which enable me to open 2 to 3 suitcase at the same time. This is Good. The location is good too. Though Shin-Osaka is a busy station, but the around area is quite quiet and relax. Although No super big shopping mall nearby, but have some little boutique, medical drug store and quite a number of choices of food stalls in the station. The overall hygiene i just rate it 2 stars cause is quite dusty in the ventilation area and there are stains in the cup. and the fridge is not function well, which i can't store the food probably. So i really cant cook in the kitchen.
