I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the waiter couldn't be bothered to even acknowledge my presence. Not only did he not have a smile on his face, but he didn't seem to care at all about my presence.

When I was finally seated, the waiter took his sweet time arriving at my table, only to hand me a wet tissue in one hand and barely utter a word. It was clear he had no interest in providing even basic customer service.

The food was just as disappointing as the service. When I ordered mango ice cream, I was given a single scoop of vanilla ice cream with a minuscule amount of mango topping. The curry was no better - it was watery and flavorless, with only a few measly chicken pieces floating in it.

Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The service was terrible and the food was even worse. Save your money and go...

This place was AMAZING and their hot hot curry was actually spicy. My husband and I went here for dinner. We love Indian food and were craving something spicy. We ordered one of their set meals, which was generous portioning and with many dishes. In total we had their naan, garlic naan, samosa, saffron rice, hot hot chicken curry, Chana masala, green salad, chicken tikka, iced Chai, and mango ice cream. We ordered too much food because we wanted to try so many things, but they were kind enough to give us a to go box when we were done. My favorite dish was the chicken tikka, and my husband's was the garlic naan. I chose this place because online it showed as a 6-minute walk from JR Shin-Osaka Station. In reality, it took me nearly 30 minutes to reach because the location shown was far off and misleading. I even had to call for directions, and was asked to walk another 10 minutes. It felt like the wrong location was given just to attract customers, which caused a lot of unnecessary trouble.

When I shared this feedback with the in-charge, he was hardly apologetic. On top of that, the food was very disappointing and overpriced. The chicken curry tasted more like a ready-to-eat packet meal rather than freshly cooked.
