To be honest, I think although this hotel is a three-star hotel, the service quality is still problematic. I have stayed here for several days. Because of the relationship between the two of us, the room is really small, so I immediately booked an extra room for the next day. The night before checking in to the second room, I Go to the front desk and tell the male staff: "Can the second room be moved in next to the current room tomorrow?" The staff said: "Okay." But when I went to the front desk to check in for the second room the next day, I was told that there were no rooms on that floor. I immediately asked your colleague yesterday to say "OK", why are there no rooms today? The front desk person immediately checked the records and recorded it when he saw it, but told me that they ignored it, so there was nothing they could do. I was so dumbfounded. So I asked if there was a room on the first floor downstairs. The front desk asked me to wait. I stood in front of the counter and waited for about 15 minutes. At first, they said there were rooms on the first floor downstairs, but they were currently being cleaned and needed to be rescheduled. I I said it doesn't matter, I have to go out anyway, so I can just keep it. Then the front desk suddenly said no, and after a while of argument, a manager-like person suddenly said loudly in English, "When will you check in?" I arranged whatever room was available at the time, and I ended up leaving the hotel without saying anything else. Then I contacted Ctrip customer service and said that I wanted to cancel the reservation directly and just book with another hotel. I also told Ctrip about what happened. After Ctrip made some efforts, I was finally told that the hotel had replied that they would not refund the money, but You can still arrange a room for me on the ground floor. That's the problem. I went to the front desk the day before to ask if the second room could be arranged next door to the first room or on the same floor. The front desk replied "OK", so isn't this "OK"? Is it ok? Second point: The front desk was negligent on the second day and did not see that their colleagues had already recorded it, but they did not notice it. That is a really big problem. The third point: There were no other guests at the front desk at that time, and it was very quiet. Did the person who looked like the manager need to speak to me in a bad tone and loudly? I don't understand Point 4: It was originally said that whatever room was available during check-in would be arranged, but after Ctrip intervened, an email was suddenly sent saying that it could help me arrange a room on the first floor. Isn’t this a slap in the face? Point 5: I stayed for 6 days. Basically, the cleaning staff were really bad at cleaning the room. They didn’t know how to take out the trash or change pillow cases, bed bags, etc. They just simply helped you spread the floor. Point 6: Every morning at 10:00, the person who cleans your room will knock on your door and ask you what time it needs to be tidied up. It’s like he has been restricting you to leave quickly and let him tidy up. In the last few days, I just gave up. They tidied up and were just really annoying. Point 7: The sound insulation is really bad. They clean other rooms in the morning and the sound will definitely wake you up. Just be mentally prepared before checking in. In the end, I think a contract is a contract, even if it's just a verbal agreement. I think it's very problematic to just say "ok/0K" when you can't follow the rules. I think the service in this hotel really needs to be improved in the future, and I will definitely not stay here again if I...

We arrived late due to flights delays. Two things we always check when staying at a hotel; the air conditioning and the bathroom (shower & toilet/bidet). The bidet is so dirty, you easily can see the guests before you have left marks on it. Bio Hazard. It was late around 10/11pm already. So I decided to go to 7/11 to get cleaning spray and use old brush trying to clean it myself. But it was not easy and I was came to my senses that this is not my job to do it. So I decided to go to the reception, it was such a difficult conversation. Solutions a, b, c, d, were spoken out but it was back and forth. We checked other room, it was better but still brown and black stains on the bidet sprayer. And suddenly the room isn’t available as solution, then theater room with high bed 80cm from the floor (not for me).
It was 12am, I gave up and back to my room. I can’t use the toilet it it isn’t clean. So I cleaned it myself until 1:30am. Finally it was clean.
Second issue was the air conditioning. After several hours on, we started to smell an urine air from AC, I am sure it was the AC because I checked by smelling the sofa, bed, pillows, carpets, shower etc. No bad odours! But the room was smelling foul and it getting worse. I slept maybe total for 3 hours, around 7 am I decided to go downstairs and checked out.
I am expecting a coulance but the hotel insisted the one night to be paid. It is ridiculous and such bad customer service. I paid €90 to clean their bidet, a room with bad odours and 3 hours sleep.
See before (got first cleaning) and after (1:30am when I finished clean it) pictures of the...
