I didn't have a good experience here. We went there earlier than our check-in time. The moment we went in, i sensed strongly how the front desk receptionist was very unfriendly! Yes we had 6 people but there was no one in the lobby at that time and I didn't think it's a lobby either it's very small it's just an open space shared with cafeteria where they serve free breakfast every morning. So we registered for 3 people in each room! And it's also on their website that each room can accommodate 3 people max yet when we went into the room, only 2 sets of towels were prepared so we asked for more then we were asked to pay for extra! I was quite baffled by this! Moreover, it's very outdated for the hotel, yet the price is not much cheaper than other similar yet more modern hotels nearby like The OneFive! I would NOT recommend this especially for those with families! The rooms are very narrow and it has NO connecting rooms like...
Read moreWe had booked Toyoko Inn in Tokyo so we decided to book the same in Osaka. The nearest metro to the hotel is Hommachi, exit no. 11 or 12. However, do note that the gate is closed early for these 2 exits so you would have to make a detour using another exit. Hotel room is decent size as with Japan standard, they provide all the amenities (skin care, comb, toothbrush and toothpaste) at the reception area. Complimentary Japanese breakfast provided and they do have different types of mini breads which I find it nice. Overall, its a good hotel if you are a budget traveller. For our family, no complaints at all. Bed is clean and comfortable except for the aircon, need some time to adjust to a...
Read moreThe staff are very polite and helpful. The rooms are very clean and everything you would expect is provided (shower gel, towels etc). The rooms are a little on the small side but no problem for one average sized adult. The hotel was in a convenient location, walking distance from the metro so no taxi was needed. Each room has wifi that is very easy to set up and the flat screen TV's are very nice. A buffet style breakfast was provided that tasted good. If you will go more than once, ask for a members card as it will pay for itself over a period of time. After so many stays you get a free night if I...
