Horse meat is fresh here. Some of the cuts we got was a bit tough, too chewy. I would say this place is great for beginners to try out horse meat because of the relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant. アボカドとコーンホースのアイオリソース　レタス包み コーンビーフの馬版ステーキソースで食べると最高♪

エッグスラット マッシュポテトと卵を半熟で蒸したものでこれ激うま！はまりました。

馬肉のユッケ うずらの卵と特製のタレを混ぜて食べると激うま♪ 馬肉もとても柔らかいです♪

ローストホース ローストされた馬肉でしっかりした旨味がたまりません♪

馬肉ネギトロのタルタル　ガーリックトーストのせ ねっとりしていてツナサラのような食感です。 ガーリックバタートーストと一緒に食べると最高❣

馬肉のサイコロステーキ しっかり日が通ったステーキですが、肉の旨味が詰まっていてはまる味！ 焼いた馬肉初めて食べたけどしつこくなくてヘルシーだからかペロッと食べられました。

馬肉トモバラ炙り寿司 目の前で炙っていただけるお寿司です。脂たっぷりで叫ぶ美味しさ♪ いくらでも食べられそうでした(_
