The location is “central” and within 10 minutes walking distance from the nearest metro stations. It is along one of the side streets with many late night shops, street foods, bars. So if you’re looking for a quiet place to rest then this is not the place for you. In fact the hotel has a terrace bar on the 7th floor which can be heard (both the noise and vibration) from the 6th floor.||Yes it is a love hotel and they will charge you per 30 minutes of late check out, presumed to allow space for day guests. So from that point of view then this hotel is not suitable for family with young children, expect bumping into certain professionals in the elevator at night.||Our first room was on the 2nd floor, it ranked of stale cigarette smell. I immediately asked for a change of room and was given one on the 6th floor, the air was fresh but with the compromise of noise from the terrace bar and the street. The bathroom has very strong smell of male deodorant which is too overpowering for me, so we keep the doors wide open as there is no window to air it out!||Osaka is a big city so space is premium. We get decent queen size bed with good quality mattress and clean sheets. There is hardly any space for luggage for 2 people, even without the suitcase opened. There is a big bath tube though! I guess the priority is different here.||The carpet is old/thin/needs cleaning/replacing. The wall paint is peeling in various places. ||So far I have not experienced problems with the Wi-Fi as other guests have commented, perhaps this is fixed. I noticed each floor has its own Wi-Fi network so I login to the corresponding floor I’m at. The other problems with the hotel far superseded this and made me decide to write review as I was still staying...

Read moreThere are so many things wrong with this place.||||Most disturbing is the that it is used as an hourly hotel, they even have flyers outside showing different rates for "Day Plan" and "Late Check-In"/Night check-In. This grossed me out already when arriving, but seeing hookers go up the elevator at night didn't make it better. Then our booking was not found, even though we showed copy of our booking confirmation. The front desk staff then proceed to show us all the booking that they have that day to locate ours, while we went through papers that contain other guests details. Talk about personal data protection. Also, the elevator didn't have any security so anyone from the street can just walk up to your room door.||||Arriving at the room to find a place that didn't seem to have been cleaned properly. There were scratches on the wall, dust covering everything, a floor that didn't seem to have seen a vacuum cleaner the last century with stains and dirt, stain on chair and a broken TV with no remote control to be found. The pillows are the strangest, with one side of the pillow filled with material that sounds like a bean bag, so it keeps on making noises. Also, they do not provide more then 2 pillows for a room. So if these strange pillows are not suitable for you, there's simply no solution. The bed sheet also only cover the mattress topper and not all together with the mattress, looking very gross. When the toilet was first checked, there was a piece of toilet paper floating in it.||||Location is the only reason why this review has 1 star...
