Hotel Trend Nishi-shinsaibashi — Hotel in Osaka

My recent stay at this hotel was marred by a few disappointments. The room itself was decent and clean, but unfortunately, the phone in the room was broken.

To add to my discomfort, the air conditioning in the room did not function correctly, and the room was uncomfortably warm. Despite my efforts to adjust the thermostat, there was no improvement, and I found myself sweating throughout the night.

While the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, they were unable to fix these issues during my stay. It was disappointing to have such inconveniences, especially since I paid a considerable amount for the room.

Regarding my stay, the staff was very helpful and location of the hotel is good, walkable to Dotonbori and near to the metro stations.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Convenient location close to tourist attractions like Dotonburi and Shimsaibashi for restaurants, shops, and convenience stores.

However, it’s hard to sleep in this hotel. When I was trying to sleep, there’s a ceiling light that I cannot find a light switch to turn off. It’s an automatic light that is super annoying at night since if I move on either bed in the room the light automatically turns on disturbing my sleep.
