My recent stay at this hotel was marred by a few disappointments. The room itself was decent and clean, but unfortunately, the phone in the room was broken.
To add to my discomfort, the air conditioning in the room did not function correctly, and the room was uncomfortably warm. Despite my efforts to adjust the thermostat, there was no improvement, and I found myself sweating throughout the night.
While the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, they were unable to fix these issues during my stay. It was disappointing to have such inconveniences, especially since I paid a considerable amount for the room.
