Super Hotel Premier Namba Shinsaibashi Natural Hot Spring — Hotel in Osaka

Stay for 5 nights here and I highly recommend it.

Its located just 5 mins walk from Dotonbori and 10mins walk from Namba station which consists of a few train lines which makes travelling easier. Directly opposite of the hotel is a Family Mart combini which makes it even more convenient.

The hotel provides a welcome bar from 5pm to 8pm which consists of freeflow softdrinks and alcohol which people can enjoy and chill. There's snacks available also, and also a coffee machine.

The hotel also comes with a public bath which is opened from 3pm until 9am on the next day so that people can have a nice and relaxing good bath after a whole day outside. Do note that the public bath is kind of small as there's only 4 cubicles for bathing and a small pool for soaking.

The room that I stayed is actually quite small but as I'm a solo traveller so its ok for me, but I feel the room is just good for 1 pax, if 2 pax and it will be too squeezy. The room comes with everything needed for a stay. Amenities can be taken from the hotel lobby also.

Do note that there's only one lift for the hotel so during popular timings, sometimes you do have to wait awhile.

Lastly, I'm very satisfied with the staffs of the hotel. The lobby staffs are always attentive and smiling whenever I saw them. The lady staff is very nice when I was checking in as she helped me with the process and explained to me all the services and stuffs very clearly...

My husband and I really didn’t like staying here…we booked for 3 nights but ended up leaving after the first night. The room was a shoebox; barely able to turn around in. The bathroom was like something you would find on an airplane - tiny, cramped, & uncomfortable like the rest of the room. Also, when we arrived (on time, at designated check-in, after communicating with the staff about our arrival time), there were 4-5 staff crammed into the room talking and laughing loudly, telling us to come back in 5-10 min because they’re not finished cleaning. Well, the room was not very clean when we finally got into it! Dusty and found long strands of hair that were not mine. The onsen was also not clean and was tiny to the point of being uncomfortable. Area was cool if you’re into that sort of thing (bars, litter, loud noises all night long) but since that is subjective I’m focusing this review on the premises, service and staff. Would not come here again, there are other way nicer hotels walking distance from Dotombori to spend your money at and actually...

衛生堪憂，入住發現被單有明顯血跡，跟櫃檯反應後只給了一包床包，要求我們自己替換，替換時發現上面有有別人的頭髮。 澡堂地板都會滑滑的，可能沒有經常清潔。

房間沒有提供電話，第一晚入住後洗澡時發現少給浴巾，須走到走廊打服務電話（櫃檯下班後只能用電話），結果打了很久都沒人接，最後只有一條毛巾擦身體，對衛生注重的人需慎重考慮。

晚上在大廳吃東西，時間一到(00:00)就會直接全黑，問櫃台能不能幫忙開燈幾分鐘讓我們收東西被拒絕，請求兩三次都不行，最終摸黑收電腦以及食物。服務不近人情。

優點是位置還可以，從車站實際走過大約900m，約12分鐘可以走到，如果沒拖行李的話，可以走得到。

衛生面に大きな懸念があります。チェックイン時に血痕が明らかに見えるベッドカバーが見つかりましたが、フロントに申し出たところ、ベッドシート1枚だけが提供され、自分で取り替えるように求められました。取り替える際には、他人の髪の毛が付着していることがわかりました。お風呂場の床は常に滑りやすく、定期的な清掃が行われていない可能性があります。

部屋には電話が備え付けられておらず、初日のチェックイン後にシャワーを浴びる際にタオルが不足していることが判明しました。サービスコールをするために廊下まで行きましたが（フロントは退勤後には電話のみ対応）、長い間誰も応答しませんでした。結局、体を拭くためのタオルが1枚しかありませんでした。衛生を重視する方は慎重に考慮してください。

夜にロビーで食事をしていると、時間が00:00になると突然全体が暗くなります。フロントに照明を数分間点けてもらいたいと頼んでも断られ、2〜3回要求しても叶いませんでした。最終的には暗闇の中でコンピューターと食べ物を片付けることになりました。サービスが人情にかけるものでした。

長所としては、立地がまずまずで、駅から実際に約900m、約12分の距離にあります。荷物を持たずに歩くことができれば、到着することができます。

Hygiene is a major concern; upon check-in, noticeable bloodstains were found on the bedsheet. After reporting it to the front desk, only one set of bedding was provided, and we were asked to replace it ourselves. During the replacement, we discovered someone else's hair on the bedding. The bathroom floor tends to be slippery, possibly due to infrequent cleaning.

The room does not have a telephone, and on the first night, we found a shortage of towels while taking a shower. To request assistance, we had to walk to the corridor to use the service phone (as the front desk can only be reached by phone after office hours). After dialing for an extended period, there was no response, and we ended up with only one towel for drying. Those who prioritize hygiene should consider this carefully.

Having dinner in the lobby at night, the lights go out abruptly at midnight. When we asked the front desk if they could turn on the lights for a few minutes to allow us to gather our belongings, the request was denied. Despite asking two or three times, we were ultimately left in the dark while collecting our computer and food. The service lacks a personal touch.
