白浜出張の拠点で利用しました。ホテルとは言い条、実質は民宿です。価格はリーズナブルで利用しやすく、室内や快適性も全く粗なく、無問題です。チェックイン時以外には、スタッフの方々との接触はなく、いい意味での放置プレイが心地よいと思います。宿泊者の出入り口門限は23:00ですが、まともな利用者なら適切でしょう。出入り口脇には、足洗い場とシャワーがあり便利ですね。白良浜は目の前で、商店や飲食店・バス停や駐車場もすぐ近くにあり、利便性はこの上ない環境です。トータル評価は星4つにします。

民宿です。ビジネスホテルではありません。畳部屋で、小さいテレビ、エアコン、風呂付バスあり。安めのジャンプ、ボディソープあり。タオルは少々古め感じ。布団は相当汚かった。お湯用電気ケートルに埃入っていた。場所は白浜海岸沿い、近くにスーパー、コンビニあり。7千円ぐらいだと高いが、5千円前後だと問題なしと思いました。白浜・田辺市辺は、まだネットで登録されていないホテルたくさんあるようで、少し探...

ローカル色満載の宿です。パーキングが１～２台分しかないので少し離れた所に停めることになります。竹清モータープールって名前だったかな？2階建てのパーキングなので停めにくいかな？満車だと大きな車は面倒かも知れません。
