I've walked back and forth around Shinjuku, looking for a decent love hotel stay for a decent price. I've gotten turned down for not knowing enough japanese (even tho I am intermediate in japanese), and most stay prices there are ¥10,000 yen and over, even on weekdays. I've even been to one love hotel nearby, which had way less decor, no wifi, fewer amenities, and was smaller for the same price.
This hotel is literally the best love hotel, imo because they have the best deal, best area, best bang for your buck (literally), and the best staff. I didn't get to do my makeup before check out and the front desk lady offered me to do my makeup in the waiting room and even provided a portable VANITY mirror WITH LIGHTS so I can do my makeup. That made my whole day. The rooms also provide the most amenities, I mean the rooms provide a whole heat protectant spray for your hair, straightener, curling iron, AND even a silicone sleeve for the irons so you don't burn counters.
If you're a spicy content creator this place is the perfect place to make content, its niche, its beautiful, comfortable, sound proof, good wifi (even better than some internet cafes), and some rooms you can even smoke if you pick smoking and non smoking rooms are available
You do have to be aware of the time because Love hotels in Japan work on a scheduled basis of what they charge during certain times of the day and if you didnt do your research beforehand on the places you want to stay, in a country where you don't speak the language. *!! It's not the employees' responsibility for your trip to go the way you want or expect!! * They're just there to provide accommodations when you check in, and if you overstay your welcome, that's your own fault. They literally have a website that explains everything you need to know. They call you when you need to check out, and some love to write bad reviews without taking accountability for their irresponsibly when it comes to international trips. Not everything is the same in every part of the world, and the world doesn't revolve around you.
If there was a 10 star rating I'd give it to this love hotel. It's literally so cheap and its nicer than some 4-5 star Las Vegas hotel rooms. I will be coming here EVERY time I come to Tokyo...

You can see the prices for a short or long stay. this is unique to this kind of hotel. we choose the best room available i think for a long stay. It cost about 20000 yen so about 140 of my British pounds for that price it was a bargain. Firstly the lobby has free sweets hot drinks and alot more. We approached the receptionist a polite young man. We kinda pointed agreed the price on paper said hi and to our amazment got a key. The room itself had alot of space with bouble bed sofa coffe table also a Jacuzzi bath and 2 sinks. Also all the toiletries you could imagine. These types of hotels offer alot of immunities like 24/7 food and drink services with extensive menus. we ordered champagne which was delivered very descretly. There are also meny other things you would expect to find in a love hotel, that can be ordered from the i pad in the room. Everything will be in Japanese but there are pictures. You can also smoke in the rooms. There is a large tv with pre programmed movies it looked like you could order games consoles to play on them too. I had a great time and a nice long rest in this place. I would stay again if i ever had the chance. On your way out you have to pay using a kind of vending machine style payment system in the room. this is also just in Japanese and took us a couple of attempts but we figured it out. On our way out we returned our key's and the receptionist checked the bill...
Read moreMake sure you are perfectly on time or early when ending your session. It is not obvious to foreigners. Here is what happened to me:
We got trapped in the room and charged triple for going 7 minutes over. Talked to the man at the front who said "the system" switched over the time so there is nothing he can do. Please change your system to warn foreigners of these harsh consequences upfront.
Other than that if you cut your time short its a lovely bubble bath...
