Very nice place and sound system, went there for CSS concert and it was great. BUT, the drink line is waaaaay too big, there should be a better way to accomodate the ammount of people that fits there without having such big lines. More importantly, there was a guy SCREAMING near the back part of the audience, between the audience and the bar line that was REALLY ANNOYING. Everybody was commenting about that, how annoying that was. Then, the guy actually got a megaphone to scream on it. It was a staff guy saying something about where people should be. I understand wanting to keep the space organized and all but nobody was really paying attention and what he said did not changed absolutelly anything on how people were behaving, it was basically a guy screaming with a megaphone and annoying everybody. I cant stress enough how high the volume was and how he kept repeating what he had to say every 30 seconds, not every minute, not every 5 minutes but every 30 seconds, with a megaphone. I didnt meant to be toxic with this comment but please...

If you're a visitor from outside of Japan and wondering about good venues to see a show or concert at, duo MUSIC EXCHANGE is a very good option: Orderly, reasonably priced, and good sound.

It's more of a small club than a concert hall, so bear in mind that a crowd of 500 is about maximum capacity. Short version: Don't sleep on tickets as this place will sell out quickly. Also, for people who have access to the VIP mezzanine area, bear in mind that two large pillars obscure the stage. This affects people on the ground floor as well, but it's easy enough to move around from behind them.

Went there to see pop idols concert - there were 5 groups in total, we went maybe 40 minutes before the end, so saw only two groups. The music was standard brain-bashing techno, voiced over by scantily clad teen girls. 99% of the crowd were males. But if you know your Japanese culture, this is not at all surprising. Anyway, it was still an interesting experience in person, but we might have been ripped off, as we were asked to pay 9k yen, for two tickets and 2 free drinks, though there was a written note in Japanese that said 600 yen.
