Introducing ATOM, a recommended nightclub you should go to in Shibuya.
Today I’ll be introducing some recommended nightclubs you should go to in Shibuya. That’s ATOM. This box is famous in the pick-up artist world.
It is truly a pick-up box. It is no exaggeration to say that it is a sacred place for pick-up artists. As a side note, this club(ATOM) is also known as “Tetsuwan” in the terminology of pick-up artists.
Of course, the origin is Astro Boy “Atom”. Because of Atom, we call it Astro Boy “Atom”.
I got off topic.
The reason why I recommend this club is… it is···· I’ve never been to another club lol
There are a few clubs in Shibuya, thugh…
So, if you’re going to a club in Shibuya, I think TK or Atom is the place to go. Recently, a club called Neighborland has opened, and I hear it’s popular with young people. I hear that the security is not that good. If you are a tourist, go to Atom or TK. I think it would be great to experience the culture of Shibuya and a Japanese club
I write whatever I want based on my own opinion and prejudice, but all in all, I think this is the most lively place because there are a lot of people coming and going. That’s definitely true.
The first floor The first floor is small. This is the JPOP Zone, an area where Japanese hit songs are played.
It’s early so there aren’t many people…
DJ Zone The other side (left hand side when facing DJ ZONE) is mirrored.
Playing Japanese J-pop at a club, drinking alcohol and moving your body to the music. This alone will relieve stress considerably. It doesn’t matter if you’re bad at singing or dancing.
How to refresh your mind by drinking alcohol? The only thing that matters here is how much you can enjoy yourself! !
This is the main floor This is the main floor, which is always crowded.
Walking during the busiest hours is a pain (;´Д`) But… in the most intimate environment, drinking alcohol and listening to EDM, the beat is etched into the blood in your body! ! !
My heart trembles Beat the blood! Ripples! Overdrive!
oops,,,different? No way. I made a mistake (;´Д`A ““
Below is the video. I hope you can get a feel for the atmosphere.
bar counter on the main floor. This is the bar counter on the main floor. It can be difficult to order alcohol during the busiest times.
Are people lining up to buy alcohol or are they just drinking and chatting? It was hard to tell them apart during the busiest hours due to so many people. That’s the counter. It’s hell lol
Everyone is lined up.
Again, it’s difficult to order alcohol when it’s at peak times. It really gets that crowded. The crowds on the train are extremely stressful, however, it’s strange that clubs don’t have a lot of fun unless they’re crowded.
What the heck!
Summary So, I have introduced Club ATOM in a rough and simple way!
I don’t have a photo, but there’s another dance floor. There’s also a space at the top where you can relax and have a drink in peace. I forgot to take a photo, so I can’t introduce it (;´Д`)
Not only people who like clubs, but also people who like music regardless of genre. I think people who like drinking, people who want to pick up girls, etc. will enjoy this club ^^

Read morePlease, PLEASE do not fall for the pictures and lies. Visit Harlem or Womb as Atom is one of the worst clubs to go to, I would recommend visiting any of Tokyo’s other clubs and avoid this place at all costs. I went three different times to get a well-rounded experience but it ended up being the same every time. The price of just admission is outrageously high and there is a huge disparity in the price for male and female. I can understand females having a cheaper price but not by over 2,000 yen. Secondly, the staff are some of the most rude and unhelpful people you will ever meet. I never expected Japanese people to be this rude to me. Yes I am a foreigner but I was very polite as well as my Japanese-American friend. However, the staff were unhelpful and rude as they shoved us in the line and forward to the floor elevator. Next, at the bar, the bartenders would just wave their hand for you to get in another line for another bartender after being asked to make me a drink. You can easily wait in line for 2 minutes, get in front, and still have the bartender who is stone-faced wave you off to wait again in another line. Also, the drinks are heavily watered down or extremely bitter and quite frankly tasted like I was ingesting hand sanitizer. In addition, the security guards are hired workers from an African country and while I’ll applaud them on their skills in both English and Japanese, that is about the only good thing about them. They shove so many people into one room and will forcefully shove you to “keep going” when there is absolutely no where to go. On one night a drunk girl came up and was talking to me and one guard had the audacity to start pushing me away and ask the girl if she was “okay” as if I was up to something when I was just talking. The dance floor is unbearably packed with 90% men. Most of whom are behaving inappropriately. You will not be able to move because you are jammed tight with other men and if you accidentally and inevitably step on someone’s foot, they react wildly like a gorilla that is trying to be subdued. A simple apology does not cut it oftentimes. The music is all house music that has the same beat over, and over, and over again and often times songs are repeated. Even if the music was danceable, you literally have no room to move. Atom is one of the worst clubs I have ever visited in any country and I implore all to turn around, save your time, money and energy and attend Harlem or Womb. You can at least have a good...

A staple of Shibuya’s club scene, ATOM brings the heat with multiple floors of DJs, bars, and packed dancefloors that pulse late into the night. Whether it’s local up-and-comers or bigger names spinning the decks, the music stays high-octane and the vibe electric.
Cover charges follow the Tokyo norm: men pay around 2,000 yen before 10pm (expect more after), women usually get in for 1,000 yen. Every ticket comes with a drink voucher, though don’t be shocked if your cocktail tastes a bit watered down.
The venue itself is spacious, with room to move, private tables, and guest lockers. But don’t come expecting the polished politeness you’ll find at a quiet Tokyo bar, bartenders here are all business and rarely offer the same warm customer service you might be accustomed to from other Japanese bars. That said, compared to nightclubs in Europe or the U.S., the staff genuinely look out for the safety and comfort of guests.
In America, you might end up getting full-on clocked in the head with no one batting an eye. At ATOM, bouncers actually give people a chance to fix their behavior before showing them the door. It’s a refreshing take on club security; firm, but fair.
At 4:30am, the night winds down with orderly grace. Staff politely guide everyone out, even utilizing the fire escape like it’s part of the choreography.
It’s an organized chaos that just works,...
