Quite a walk from the station. Located in the more quiet part of the neighbourhood.

Has only one room per floor so we rarely bumped into other occupants.

The lift is quite tiny so may need several trips for bringing luggage up.

However there were some service lapses we had:

  1. we requested for room cleaning service in the morning before we left to go out to explore the city. We hung the sign outside the door. We specifically did so to ensure we could get fresh towels as the staff had reiterated to us that there was a cut off time in the morning for requesting clean up services. Alas when we came back, the room was not made up and towels were not replenished. As it was at night the cleaner couldn’t come down. Fortunately the manager gave us some fresh towels so that made up for the lapse.

  2. the next day we hung the sign outside the door again. At night when we returned, we had a shock as we realised our room door was left ajar! This time the room was made up but I suspect the staff might have forgotten to close the door after doing so. And left the door open with all our luggages in the room too. I was very disappointed with this aspect and attempted to voice my concerns to the staff. They were apologetic about it.

The hotel room in general is spacious and nice but do note that there might be some...

BEST HOTEL EVER!!!!!! The room was so cozy and the design was amazing. There were two couches that were so comfy that u could sleep on and the layout of everything was great! The beds and pillows were so soft and the view was brilliant. There was a lot of place to hang the jackets and put our luggages in! The front desk person was friendly and nice. On the first floor, there are free amenities kits and on the second floor, there are even 2 vending machines. There are two 7-11 and a Family Mart as well as a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. It is also really close to the bad stop and the subway station. The room was sooo big...

We stayed here with a family of 5 in the loft style room. We were surprised by the size of it, it was very large, and comfortable. For our 3 kids was a great space for some chill time at the end of the day. Big couches and heaps of space.

The location is great, easy commute with the station nearby, and the we loved the neighbourhood feel of the place with good restaurants, coffee shops etc on the the main strip. It felt really non touristy which was refreshing

Staff were top notch, in particular Kim at the front desk who went an above and beyond with helping with bag forwarded.

Would be great to come...

We stayed at this hotel in June-July of 2023. The room was large and very comfortable for our family of five, and wheelchair accessible for our daughter’s power wheelchair. We stayed on the ground floor so the small elevator was not a problem. The staff was very friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. We loved the quiet, non-touristy vibe of Kagurazaka, and found several nice bars and restaurants in the area that we really enjoyed. If we ever make it back to Tokyo we would definitely stay here again!

Just a 5-minute walk from the nearest train station and conveniently located near plenty of great eateries. The hotel is well-maintained and exceptionally clean. However, the beds were much firmer than typical hotel beds — more like shikibuton-style mattresses on box springs. Unfortunately, the firmness kept me up at night, and I didn’t feel well-rested during my stay. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re okay with a very firm sleeping surface.

Great place found on airbnb, the room was very spacious for a family of 5 compared to many hotels in Tokyo. The staff was very friendly and did their best to help in spite of the langage barrier. The area is walkable to all sorts of restaurants while not being too touristy which we loved. Highly recommend!
