We made these reservations because it fit 5 people with their new renovations and bunk beds, our kids loved the bunks. It's about a 6 min walk from the Hibiya line, Iriya station (H19), Exit 4 or Exit 3. Exit 4 also has an elevator for those taking their luggage with them. It's a VERY SAFE, and QUIET location. Very cute and clean place. The staff is around when you need or via tablet. Easy check in and very quick if you pre-checked online. We arrived a little later than expected around 9pm, and there were 2 staff there to help us. I was so thankful to see them. After settling in, I asked the guy about food, besides the 7/11 around the corner from there, they said they do UberEats. It was my first time doing food delivery in Japan, after traveling a few times to Japan. It was the easiest and so great that restaurants offered delivery. I needed my sushi fix. :)
The front staff even offered to help me carry all the food upstairs with me. I really appreciated their attentiveness. The only thing to remember, in Japan, you have to turn on the hot water switch if you're staying in an Airbnb type place vs a hotel. The Minn line of apartment hotels are more home'y places vs a hotel, which is very nice. We had a washer/dryer in the room which was great because we were coming in from Kyoto and washed a couple loads of laundry. It was a quiet machine and located in the bathroom, so we were able to sleep and have no worries that our laundry was done in the morning when we woke up. I would highly recommend this stay for 4+ people. Thank you so much for a...
Read moreAs a family of three, we recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and were thoroughly impressed by our experience. The location was perfect for us, being just a short walk from the train station, which made traveling with a young child much easier. Despite its proximity to the station, the hotel was located in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood, providing a safe and peaceful environment for our stay.
Upon entering our room, we were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and thoughtful amenities provided. The section for cooking was a game-changer for us, as it allowed us to prepare meals for our family with ease. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with appliances and utensils, made it feel like a home away from home. The large dinner table provided a comfortable space for us to enjoy meals together as a family.
The bed was large and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all of us after a busy day of sightseeing. The clean and well-maintained toilet, equipped with a washer and dryer, was a convenient addition that made traveling with a young child much more manageable. The hotel staff were also attentive in refilling toiletries, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our stay.
Overall, our experience at this hotel was exceptional and we can't wait to return in the future. We highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in a...

-2-min walk to a local supermarket that opens till 10pm.
Downsides: -Occasionally at 2am-3am there were very noisy street washer runnings back and forth. You have to close the windows .Otherwise you would be woken up at night.

Otherwise, you have to take the lift to the platform that bound for the opposite direction of Ueno and use the lifts at Minamisenju Station (2 stations from Iriya).
-More than 5-min walk to the closest...
