Stayed here for 6 months. Overall very happy with the accommodation.
Great neighborhood and would recommend it over any other place if you like a quiet but convenient place to go to sleep.
Lots of options for food, grocery and upscale bars, and a great rum bar down the street, and a few cocktail bars, and multiple options for massage or aided stretching.
Stayed on the 9th floor, and it was mostly quiet.
Room was quite spacious with a walk in closet and decent size bathroom and bathtub. A small washer and dryer that is adequate and a couple of dry cleaning places around the corner, and the apartment can pick up and do the dry cleaning for you for an extra fee.
The furnishings are adequate, a bit too brown, maybe a tad dated, but in good condition. They changed the TV as part of their upgrades as well as the cushions while I was here. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials, but I didn’t cook much. It would be nice if there was a blender or food processor.
The front desk is amazing! Super sweet, helpful and kind to their guests. They deliver packages to your apartment, and are happy to help however they can.
The location is so convenient: 5 min to Azabujuban station, multiple grocery stores near by, Roppongi shopping is super close, and lots of great coffee shops around. You can hop to any of the touristy places easily from here but come back to the quiet and safety of your neighborhood apartment.
They have a small community space for people to meet, have coffee or a drink. Small, but adequate. I didn’t see much hanging out there and I rarely used it. But it could serve as a quick staging place before you leave.
Cleaning service is twice a week, 3-4 people will come and clean the apartment in ~30min. Change all the sheets, replace the towels, vacuum, wash and put away dishes, and take out the garbage. They do come early (9am) so if you don’t want to be disturbed make sure to put the Do Not Disturb sign outside the door.
They don’t have a gym, but you can use the gym at their sister complex for a small fee. I never used it. Small things that would go a long way: electronics charger built in near bed, master light switch near the bed (there are 20 light switches in the apartment ;) ). Not a big deal.
I would not hesitate to stay here and I can’t say enough things about the service, the front desk and the night guard. Super welcoming and accommodating. I will be sad when I leave this place, it really...
Read moreA very large and comfortable apartment, with a few caveats: 1.) The wifi constantly drops out, forcing me to disconnect and reconnect. 2.) The bed is stiff as a board. I know this is a matter of personal taste and I understand the Japanese prefer a hard mattress, but this is ridiculous - I might as well sleep on the floor. The staff were responsive to this issue and put a soft top on the bed, but it's thin and I can still feel the basic hardness of the mattress beneath. 3.) While it's nice of the cleaning staff to do my dishes, they don't clean them well, so I end up finding dirty plates and cutlery in the cupboard and then have to re-wash them. I requested that the housekeepers stop washing them, but management insisted that I allow them to continue - a well-intended gesture, but not what I requested.
Overall, a very nice place in a lot of respects, but for 550,000 yen a month, it...
Read moreThese serviced apartments are an absolute nightmare for anyone seeking a good night's sleep. Prepare to be tormented by incessant roadworks that continue throughout the night, leaving you sleep-deprived and utterly exhausted. It seems that roadworks in Japan conveniently take place between 10pm and 6am, ensuring that you can kiss any chance of restful sleep goodbye. If you value your productivity and performance at work, do yourself a favor and avoid this place entirely. I've endured this torturous experience for a whopping six months, and the issue remains as unresolved as ever. It appears that these apartments are conveniently located on the busiest and most incessantly worked-on road in all of Tokyo. Spare yourself the agony and seek...
