COCONUT GLEN`S Vegan Icecream from MAUI HAWAII — Restaurant in Tokyo

Great place for coconut ice cream. We tried 5 flavours between us – the original coconut (excellent flavour, with the bits of coconut adding some interest to the texture too), pistachio (a natural, but maybe a touch too delicate, flavour), lilikoi (wonderfully fruity), chocolate (pretty good, rich chocolate flavour) and coffee (well-balanced, with just the right amount of coffee bitterness). The original was definitely the stand-out, and if you’re at all a fan of coconut you’ve got to try it. Although all the other flavours also use coconut milk, rest assured that there’s no discernible coconut flavour to them, so it’s a good place to get some vegan ice cream in Tokyo whatever...

We stopped by after dinner for some late-night dessert, and it didn’t disappoint!

Food: The flavor was predominantly coconut—exactly what you’d expect! It was rich and smooth. Even when paired with another flavor (like Matcha), the coconut stands out at about 60% of the overall taste.

Service: The owner was very friendly and spoke a good amount of English.

Atmosphere: Seating is limited, with only three spots inside. The Hawaiian-themed decor adds a nice touch.

Overall: I’d definitely return. This is the kind of spot my vegan friends back...

Ice cream was nicely flavoured, a little on the icy side. The coconut flavour in particular was excellent! Unfortunately as an all vegan spot they did have one flavour with honey, which we were thankful the staff member told us about. It seemed to be a feature so I hope they consider not adding honey to their vegan ice cream in the future. Also to note this was the most expensive ice cream per portion that we...
