I stayed here for two weeks at the end of October to the beginning of November and the staff were great: really friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the lady who supervised breakfast, she was lovely and towards the end of my stay we started to chat a little. If you see this, I'm the bald guy from London and I hope to see you in 2025 when I come back! The hotel was really clean. I especially liked the fresh towels you got everyday along with a complementary bottle of water. The dining area was really nice. Clean and a nice, natural feel to it, was more than happy to eat breakfast here. There was also a microwave so you could buy food from elsewhere, bring it back and heat it up and then sit in the same area and eat. What was nice was that you could chose your pillow at reception, to go with one that was already in your room. Also a great location: only a 10 minute walk from Shimbashi station which has a lot of the main lines running through it and 20 minutes from Ginza and Tokyo Station. Also within walking distance of Tokyo Tower and Hamarikyu Gardens. Room was small and I went for the larger one! But, I knew this would be the case as it was a businessman hotel so was expecting this. I got used to it and actually really liked it, really cosy at least! Bathroom was small but again, I was expecting this and was really clean so happy overall. The fridge was a nice addition and was a good size for my needs. The bed was really nice, really comfy! I'm definitely planning to stay here again, when I hopefully return to Tokyo in 2025. IG: japan_man_dan

While the rooms are quite tiny as other people have mentioned, if you come here alone, it’s absolutely perfect. Also, the breakfast is absolutely delicious. It’s a buffet breakfast of mostly Japanese foods, and quite a healthy selection of vegetables, meat, and egg dishes. The service is absolutely fantastic! They help answer any of your questions, provide you with a free ladies bag of facemasks and more, give you a small present if you return your toothbrush that is unused, and give you a present for answering the survey questions.

Spent the second half of Golden Week at this hotel. It's absoutely perfect for the solo traveller. Rooms are average sized for a Japanese business hotel, but more than enough room for a rollaboard suitcase and a carry-on. Everything was very clean and if you get a room on the south side, you can see a bit of Tokyo tower out the window. Best thing about the hotel is the location. Shimbashi is a nightspot with plenty of late night izakayas and restaurants that open until early morning. Great for coming back late after a long day.

I think the hotel was opened in 2008, so everything was still quite new looking. It is a good business hotel. The reception staff I encountered spoke a bit of English, which was helpful. The rooms are small, but if you'll be out a lot, not really a problem. The room had a nice big flat screen tv, basic amentities like hair dryer, electric kettle and such. The bed was quite comfortable, and you get to choose your own pillow (i.e. szie, firmness) at the reception. The bathroom is small but quite typical for this type of hotels. The only down side is if you want to sleep in a bit, there is room cleaning policy from 10am to 3pm, when you need to leave your room. A couple times I was slightly late, but I just had to apologise to the clean and got an extra 15 mins! There is very basic breakfast (think before 8:30), some bread and salad and free hot drinks, nothing too special, but it's free. ||||The hotel is about a 10 walk from Shinbashi Station. It's not the most scenic area right around it, but there are loads of small local restaurants, conbini & other shops nearby and on the way to the station, sometimes probably quite lively near the station. Shinbashi Station is great for getting to most places around the city, and Tokyo Station is very near (especially good for coming from/going to Narita & shinkansen). ||||I think this Super Hotel offered great value, great location and comfort. I'd choose to stay there again if I don't want to spend more money for more...
