I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I booked for two adults and one 5 year old with disney tickets and I even called them to confirm that we will all have tickets the next day. We paid 85,600 thinking its park ticket included. We checked in on the first day and was told that we will have tickets but some people lose it so they recommended that we pick it up the next day. We agreed. The next day we checked out around past 9 and was told that the 5 year old dont have a ticket because we only booked two adults and 1 5 year old without the bed so technically he doesnt have a booking with us hence no ticket for him which is contrary to what they said the previous day when we checked in. They offered us a ticket but we have to pay additional 5,000 yen for child ticket and since we didnt wanna ruin our day more and the park was opening soon we just paid for it but it ruined the whole day for us, not to mention its the 5 year old kids birthday. I've stayed at a lot of hotels in Japan but I can say that this hotel is not worth 90,000 yen. I am so bothered that all they can say to us is there's a "glitch" in their reservation website and they know its hard to understand but they will let the management know. But thats it. And what makes me madder is they never bothered to mention it to us when we checked in, they really picked the day we were supposed to go to disney land so that we wont argue with them probably and for me that's just not the way you treat customers. Their hotel dont even have a pool so we have to go to Sheraton just to swim and go to the spa and paid additional 2700 yen each. They only have a small hot bath in the hotel and will charge you 2200 or 2400 to get in when Hilton have free spa and pool for people staying with them. To cap it off they dont have a shuttle bus anymore from the station so we had to take a taxi. Its just so inconvenient and overall not a nice experience. Just take your money somewhere else thats...
Read moreI travelled with my toddler and pre-schooler and my parents (both 65+). ||||[LOCATION] We wanted a location close to disney and this was perfect. The airport limousine has a stop here so it was easy getting to & from the airport(s). There is also a free shuttle bus to JR maihama station (to disneyland) & monorail bayside station (to disneysea). Maihama Station connects you to other parts of Japan and can directly take you to Tokyo Station which is a main hub especially if you are taking the Shinkansen. There is also a Mall called ISKIPIARI at Maihama Station which has a grocery & food court at the basement, there are also other dining options on the 4th floor including american options like (TGI Fridays) if the kids get tired of Japanese food. We tried the Sukiyaki restaurant on the 4th floor and recommend it.||||[CHECK-IN] Check-in was organized and the staff was very courteous and polite. They patiently answered all our questions about the hotel, shuttle times, airport limousines, tours, etc. They provided maps and guides and gave us all the information that we needed. Someone also assisted us to our room and explained everything. ||||[ROOM] The Room was big by Japan standards and very clean. The beds were comfortable (and again bigger than usual japanese standards). The bathroom had a separate area for the toilet, shower/bath, sink which made it easier for the entire family to use the bathroom simultaneously. Amenities and Toiletries were provided which is a plus. I particularly loved that they even had a small step stool for the little ones. ||||[GENERAL] There were vending machines on each floor, ice machine, etc. There was a convenience store/florist on the ground floor which was heaven sent for those late night snacks for the kids, a disney store, and a bakery which had some yummy bread. Breakfast buffet is also good with lots of options...
